A week later we meet each other again and patch things up but then she started arguments and tried to sabotage the relationship. I fell in her trap. And she asks the break up again. Proceeds to say how she regretted getting back together and how she wanted to travel and date other people and that I'm set on settling down even if she was the one bringing up marriage. It was amicable. But then last week we meet at the club and she acted like we didn't know each other. I did the same. No contact since then. It's still hard but u gotta go through it and have some self respect.

I had something like this happen. Dated a girl for several months, great time, great sex. I got attached. But she got back with her ex and blocked me. I feel bad for this guy, he has been brainwashed all his life to think what he is doing is the right thing. Im 51 and most of my life I would have been told that what Corey is saying is misogynistic but it's just the truth. Woman have the luxury of denying reality, men don't. It's a bitter pill to swallow when you really want a woman to love you for who you are but they only love you if you make them feel how they want to feel. Sadly I know someone who has acted exactly like him, yet would blame the women for rejecting him politely while he was being a clueless pain in the a**. I have no sympathy for men who act like shit to women, neg them, bother them, and make them feel unsafe. Things were great in the beginning then the sex started dwindling and she attributed it to the fact that she was raped. Then made me feel bad throughout the whole relationship about even bringing up that my needs weren't met. A week later we meet each other again and patch things up but then she started arguments and tried to sabotage the relationship. I fell in her trap. And she asks the break up again. Proceeds to say how she regretted getting back together and how she wanted to travel and date other people and that I'm set on settling down even if she was the one bringing up marriage. It was amicable. But then last week we meet at the club and she acted like we didn't know each other. I did the same. No contact since then. It's still hard but u gotta go through it and have some self respect.
