So the caravan pivots to create an outdoor living space. Well as soon as you step outside of a normal caravan you've got a whole heap of outdoor living space.
When first saw actually thiught it would pull the other direction because of glass in front would get broke by rocks going down the highway, would definitely want it covered, pretty penny to replace im sure
You will need to set it up in a cow pasture. Never been to anRV campground with enough swingroom for that design. The patio can easily be done with an awning. Good luck with it, best endeavours….
It would be cool to rent for a short weekend, but I wouldn't want to own it. The porch is cool but it would be cool to ba able to slide some shades or windows up to add more sleeping space
$270k and still no Air Conditioner we use A/C almost 12 month out of the year here. It’s a nice look but I don’t see it here in the States anytime soon. The import tax will be outrageous.
That I could see. Actually camping, no. My first thought was, “How many campground spots actually have that much width?” I’m sure your neighbors would love that. Would trees get in the way? I’d have to clean the deck before closing it every single time I wanted to hitch up and go. Just another task. I will say that it is pretty.
beautiful design, but I would be worried that the living area transition might fail to go back to its resting spot -- and then what would you do? you can't tow it with it spun out like that
For those who have posted negative comments. Please don't. As for the price, I have done my due diligence and compare to zethleffs and the like. This being Kiwi made is on par. I will make the effort to go to the South Island and view in person. And can see this model being very beneficial to a 58 year old like me.
Are they adding saw blades to the rotating portion to clear trees, brush, and neighboring campers out of the way? OH SH$* HONEY ITS THE ROMO-TOW. GET THE KIDS AND DOG. RUN!!
As they were Sliding that last bit back towards the End of the thing I was just Imagining a little child or a dog that had snuck back there getting squished like a bug
Could make one for cheaper... not as sleek, and not with a luxury branding, but you could make one for cheaper. Interesting concept I think would be nice. Just have some one way windows inside, replace the dining seating with a desk for a computer and TV, and its basically a tiny home with a mobile footprint. Only difficulty would be the solar panels, which could be placed on both the roofs (when the core swivels out)... still might not have enough solar power to power a computer, but a Laptop or modern TV would be fine.
Yeah that's all fine and dandy until you can't find a campground that it'll fit in because it swings out too wide and takes up too much room. And this isn't the year 3000 we don't need shit that looks like it just came off The Jetsons it just has to work. And with the build quality being so poor in RVs today I can just imagine the Treasure Trove of problems that this thing would provide😅
i thought this would be expensive but that price is rediculous... for that cost you can buy some of the best motorhomes in the world that still have more space and more berths, this concept will fail
that are not only willing to pay the cost of An entire house for a little toe behind trailer but also willing to fork out 6300 non refundable bucks just to sit on the waiting list because I would love to sit and laugh in their face.
Very spacious and well designed!

I have a little camper with a front glass ….. had a front glass and I think your correct lol
Repair cost must be outrageous and insurance

Instead of setting up in a trailer park, try actually camping. You'll be amazed at how much space there is.
exactly... it's a useless design
Is there any storage at all?
Here's to innovation....awesome...
Since the middle class got wiped out, this has to be marketed to the upper class.
It starts at $125,000 so yah
Perfectly stated, Well said sir👍👈🧔♂

I doubt you'd afford it anyway. Did you see the sticker price?
Can't believe someone along the way didn't say "what RV problems does this solve"?

IDK. With the crap that is slung together in the US, there could be a small market. Airstreams keep getting more and more expensive.
Although not standard, a/c is available, but I shudder thinking about the added cost.
With the way housing is going, you could buy this as a tiny home and live in a caravan park
Love the concept and crisp design, but question the ability to store “patio furniture” while traveling. Also question how to afford one…
Holy......OMG!
Isn't an awning a simpler way to achieve the same thing?
For $200k, options should be included.
Super cool but would never be able to afford one I’m sure
looks like my thumb drive
Can we Airbnb these? Or something

That much for a fancy 5th wheel? I liked the concept until I saw the price!
Looks like a BIG USB Flash Drive Stick Swivel

Well, what can I say, I'm going to order one in my 😴dreams.
In my 🛌 dreams, I have lots of money.
Brilliant concept. I hope the price range eventually comes down. . XD
Might be a tight fit at KOA 😂
Bello e intelligente.

$200k!
Ok good, I'll wait for SALES 90% discount ;)
LMAO $268.5k? You have to be a millionaire and LOVE camping/road tripping for this to even be worth the investment.
This is for the ultra rich who’ve never camped but think they want to.
Which exactly who they are marketing at

Is it $268,000 U.S.? If Aussie then I think that's actually closer to $200,000 even
I want one.
Hahaa
Where can buy
Romotow doesn’t have a bright future: their least cost unit is over $119,000 in 🇺🇸 dollars.
I love the creativity but it is completely impractical. The only place you could use that is in a open field

Show us a guy that weights over 100kg jumping to the bed. What would happen is what im really wondering about.
“Pivot!”
“Pivot!”
“Pivot!”
A spacious house is still cheaper.
a fool and their money are soon parted
Should have called it the Mosquito Magnet.
Duuuuuu!!
Legal...
steps look a bit dodgy.
Too much money for such little space
that are not only willing to pay the cost of An entire house for a little toe behind trailer but also willing to fork out 6300 non refundable bucks just to sit on the waiting list because I would love to sit and laugh in their face.
Completely impractical .
Just buy a house of same value at your destination.
for that money I can do so many other things... it is not worth the money.
Talk about pretentious
Its a giant usb on wheels
Someone payed 😂 an architect to design something .. one word useless....
