Do you live in the US? Because when I traveled to Ireland they had these things everywhere. I think there common around other parts of the world besides the US.
I’m pretty sure the vast majority of restaurants and businesses have them. They are usually next to fire extinguishers.
Go to any closest building- it is the law (in Canada)that all establishments have the devices readily available and in working condition.
