1984 cold case death at Seattle's Carkeek Park solved through fingerprints

My brother has been missing since November 1980. At the time he disappeared he lived near the Washington state ferries terminal in Bremerton, Wa. He often took the ferry to the downtown Seattle waterfront also he visited family often in Kingston Washington . He also owned a small piece of property in Forks, Washington.
I recently was looking through a box that belonged to my brother and found a story he had written with pencil & paper. I am hoping that my brothers fingerprints may be on the paper of the story he had written. I’m just not sure who to contact at this time.

Has there been any resolution in your brother's case? I was combing through local cold case videos because of a 13-year-old girl I knew who was murdered in 1977 and the case is still not solved. The story of your brother catching the Bremerton ferry to Seattle really humanized him for me knowing all the areas you mentioned.
