Pixar puts Easter eggs of thier other movies in every movie they make. I feel like Army of the dead and the characters have no impact on Rebel moon and those characters. I think it would have been just a fun Easter egg. I wish we got lost Vegas as well. I feel like it is two completely different things, made by a brilliant director that loves Easter eggs. I'm happy with Easter eggs from one universe featuring in another, but would rather they remain separate as far as storylines, history, characters and any real connectivity goes. I don't understand the need to have each universe intrinsically linked when each can tell its own story without losing anything. It just makes it messy imho.
Good, it makes things easier for more complicated people to understand instead of the so called as Gunn says General Audience. That's possibly 85 to 88% of the world's population.
