@@Masterchief0181 for me only NFS Hot Pursuit can get on same level, just 2 games with perfect or almost perfect soundtrack. Every other game have bad songs or that is not for me in their playlist, and NFS with Carma don't have them (but Carma is absolute leader because i love every it's song)
For me, the absolute leader is Flatout 2. I still listen to most of the tracks from this game. And this is not surprising, because creators didn't stint on a high-quality soundtrack in Flatout 2.

Just for this game last night on steam, Ive loved that first track (Zero Signal) since the first time I heard in in the Mortal Kombat movie, and the rest of this OST is awesome.
We really need more games like this, that not just full of violence, that is based on it. And it need to make fun of pacifists who want to ban this "trash" game (really, my pacifist friend said that it is a trash game and it needs to be banned)
I wonder why nobody designed a similar game where you need to farm time and currency to even finish, doesn't have to be all about destruction like carmageddon .
If morgue, my favourite - drop the bomb, but if you start music with a certain melody, then you need to keep it on for almost the entire track and not at the very beginning and end.
The only problem of soundtrack is that all song are instrumental, but they all made for their lyrics, so they have lots of repeating beats. Yes, tgey are great, but when they are repeating too much, they become annoying. But the lyrics most of time is bad, they don't fit the song, and for game it doesn't needed
Ahhh man. Carmageddon 1 and 2 were so good. I never played 3, The Death Race. I bought this for Xbox 1 because it *had* to be great! Why did it suck so bad?
The team was too small and it mostly was working on technical details. It lacked optimization and good feel. It was not tested with audience enough. However they have a great engine now and could release something cool. For example TDR2000 feel with missions in modern engine would be awesome!
@@marcuskane3187 No, "the team" that worked on the kickstarter was not the people that actually made carmageddon 1 & 2, but like 80% a bunch of posers like ceo and marketing that did f- all for the old games besides put them on their CV to this day.

Carmageddon TDR 2000 ist the 3rd game and for me its the best one so far :D. Try it out, its on steam for under 10 bucks
