I feel the pain especially with gas increasing (among most things). what do you think could help with the affordable housing crisis in the area?

Greed is a top sin, where do you think you would move outside Orlando?

Hi! I rely on the transportation system. Do you have any recommendations of places that are close to transit? Thanx.

so orlando doesn't have the best public transport but anything from Kissimmee towards lake mary should place you around the transport you need.

How is the Millennia area? Millennia Waters Drive? Safe? No kids so school doesn't matter, just overall? 😊

Overall I’d say I meet people who love it for the location. As for safety it falls in line well for a city :) I always say look up public crime data to verify for yourself! If you need anything else give me a call and we can talk about it!

What would you recommend for a grad student at UCF?

Really depends on what you can afford and your vehicle situation. Lake Mary might be the outskirts (when looking at radius from the school) but also what you like to do closer to Orlando. Oviedo might have options for you as well as winter park! Really you have many options from the college to downtown

I make $84k+/annualy. Florida ain't it. I struggle to live out here and I'm in the country. If you're looking to move here, look elsewhere. Trust me.

the realty is anywhere you live 84K isn't what is used to be. heck, I heard that to have 100K+ in money power from the 80's you would need to make over 200K due to inflation since then. what part of the Florida country are you in?

That’s terrible 😞. I always talk about wanting to move within a few hours of Orlando but really didn’t realize it was THAT expensive in FL

When you look at a few hours it gets better. Also 72% of Americans live check to check but living in a budget is important. We make the same and can still enjoy fun activities for cheap or free around Orlando.
