Great video!!!! So informative. I am looking to move in that area in the next couple of months, and this helped a ton! You should have a lot more subscribers. Keep up the good work. 😊
Thank you! Appreciate the kind words
We moved to Haines city about a year ago. Bought a new build. Definitely ALOT of new construction out here.. now hoping for more businesses to come. I think you’re right on with your assessments. A lot of growth here.
It’s within the fastest growing areas in the us! But I agree hopefully we get more businesses to enter the area.
Lake Eva is awesome. So much to do for kids and mini beach.
It really is!
Thanks for doing this video.
You’re welcome!
I'm in Haines City (moved here from Aurora, IL back in 2020) and yeah, the traffic is an absolute killer. I always tell folks that if you plan on running errands, be prepared to spend at least an extra hour being stuck in traffic on 27.
Yea leaving Haines city can be a mess heading north with that 27 traffic. Then you hit the 4 east and get smacked again with more traffic
Trueeeee
I just moved here in February and yes the 27 is bad but not as bad as Miami traffic but what I will say if you learn the back roads you can definitely avoid the 27 all together. I honestly don't use the 27 anymore for the last 2 months now unless I'm going to the Hanies city mall area on the 27 but back road traffic is beautiful and you get where you want to go faster
Why would you need to go to 27 for errands?
@@sweetsciencereport9264 there’s so much on 27. Doctors , dentists , the Walmarts lol.
If you own a pool at $250 for the summer months because you’re gonna run that poor at least 10 hours instead of 8 to 6 in the winter with the winter you’re gonna end another $140 if your not heating the pool to the electric bill and Davenport and Haines city
I moved here it's very boring for me it's transportation cuz my seizure I can't drive. It's hard to get work I been applying for 2 yrs orlando is ugly but better jobs market for disabled people. My son is 8 keeps saying it's boring😂😂 only pro very cheap rent
I understand that not having transportation is the real killer in this area. What kind of things is your son into? I have three boys so I get it. I’m always having to keep them occupied lol
Where did you get the median home value? The cost of a house in Haines City averages about $325-$350K
Also, Polk County has one of the lowest crime rates in the nation. Grady Judd has made sure of that.
When you add new construction the average cost is higher. Also I’m excluding mobile homes because the majority of my viewers don’t buy those. As for crime I went off 2023 data, trust my I love Grady Judd and agree with you there
@@orlandorelocation I’ve been in Haines City for close to three years now and I live in a brand new subdivision. Brand new homes right now are going for about $325-$350K especially given the interest rates. If you asked me what they were going for 3 years ago you’d be right saying $375 or better. But not today. Meritage, DR Horton, Land and Sea, Casa Fresca, Dream Finders, Highland Homes, Ryan Homes, etc are building in my Subdivision 1100+ homes and none these days are above $350K. But the video is great! I wouldn’t call it Orlando Living though! 😂
Haha I do other videos about Orlando. Also don’t forget the higher end homes push the “average” higher I’m well aware discount builder Adam’s homes has cheaper options haha but glad you liked the video!
Not true statistically rate of crime has since boosted since you may have last checked..look for unsolved reports tell me how that changes your mind js..
Its the hood 🤣🤣🤣
Show us some
Some what?

Traffic on i4 wasn’t like that 4 years ago from or before us 5:03 27 but now omg man, you can’t go anywhere without stuck in traffic I’ve been living in Kissimmee sense 1997 it was nothing around but trees hardly any traffic’s.
I know right? Crazy how every year seems to get worse. No expansion of roads or infrastructure fast enough.
it always been like that
