The video didn't mention this but the music that plays when you kill everyone and get the "but nobody came" is actually "Your Best Friend" aka Flowey's theme but slowed down a ton.

one thing i think makes for a neat detail is that toriel and asgore have the same theme but are in different time signatures to like symbolically represent that they had a relationship but are no longer on the same page
the ruins theme and the snowdin theme appear everywhere, they seem to represent the underground and monsters as a whole.
its a little odd to me that muffet uses the ghost motif but i suppose toby knows a banger when he hears one and shes spooky enough ig.
i love the its all connected video, if youre still looking for recommendations, theres one explaining the secret messages in the code that were briefly mentioned in the gaster's theme videos by HalfBreadChaos called Goner Code
Ghost Fight is considered the mini-boss theme and Muffet's a mini-boss, I think it's also why it plays in Dogbass.
A detail I never see people point out:
There is a flyer for the spider bakesale in Napstablook's house
Napstablook's computer is opened to a _music sharing site_
Makes me think that they're implying Napstablook could have been commissioned to create Spider Dance. (Or this could be brainrot)

sorry to burst your bubble on the "another medium" connection, but thats just a reference to the comic homestuck since another medium shares a lot with a song toby made for it. homestuck features a place called "the medium" and since its a webcomic not a game, undertale is lieterally "another medium" from homestuck. so its a reference and a pun
Its also because patient (which is another medium's beta) was meant to play for one of the beta kids' lands, i dont remember which one it was meant but probably john based on the fact that the *patient* goes to the *doctor*
also going from a cold waterfall to a steaming hot lava land is a big change in medium, thats how i made sense of this songs name but the homestuck one is probably the most reasonable explanation
People say Toby is lazy, but it requires a lot effort to make 100s songs out of 5

technically speaking there is a much stronger connection to megalovania but you have to go through several of toby fox's songs from other things he's worked on to get there

Also, a tiny detail that wasn't pointed out, the Amalgam song has the "alarm" part just like Your Best Nightmare, which links both songs to originating from the True Lab.
Fun fact all of floweys themes are a remixed version of the fun song from SpongeBob
Kinda surprised it didn't point out how the theme for Waterfall sped up is pretty much one-to-one with Spear Of Justice, Undyne's normal battle theme

That's included in the "Listen for the Ruins theme section". It's just a lot of songs have that melody

Yea he did, undertale could never been better then it is now, its so perfect and good
please listen to the homestuck ost, it was mostly made by toby fox, and older than undertale itself

@@leontriestoartI'm pretty sure it is. Same soundfont too, it basically has the same intervals as the corresponding notes in Undertale, plus it was the segment right before it. I just think it was edited a bit badly together
Did I just miss it? (And, I probably did, but...) Or did they not reference the link between Anticipation, Enemy Approaching, and In My Way?
In My Way isn't in the soundtrack so I didn't include it, but I did connect Anticipation and Enemy Approaching but it's so smooth it's almost impossible to hear the transition

Did I miss it or did Gaster Theme not show up in this video? If it didn't that also makes sense since he's somewhat disconnected from the world and would therefore have a completely disconnected theme. But if that's not the case they either forgot it or I accidentally skipped over it.
Gaster's theme wasn't in the soundtrack, so I didn't include. It's also why I didn't include "But nobody came"
