    हमे बचपन से ही याद करना सिखाया जाता है लेकिन भूलना नही सिखाया जाता इसलिए
    शिक्षा की नीव अधूरी रह जाती है । बडे संघर्ष के बाद यह मालूम हुआ कि जिंदगी मे आगे बढने
    के लिए जितना याद रखने की कला जरूरी है उतना ही भूलने की कला भी जरूरी है । जिन चीजों
    से हमे सुकून मिलता है उन्हें प्रतिदिन याद करना चाहिए और जिन चीजों से हमारे मन की शांति
    भंग होती है उन्हे भूलना चाहिए। भूलने का तरीका यह है कि अपने अटेंशन को उन चीजों की
    तरफ डायवर्ट करो जो सुकून देती हैं । शारीरिक श्रम करना जरूरी है क्योंकि जब शरीर ऐक्टिव
    होता है तब मन की सोच उस काम की तरफ डायवर्ट होती है जिसे हम करते है । बिना शारीरिक
    श्रम के केवल सोचते रहने से अच्छे परिणाम नही मिलते । पहले छोटे छोटे काम सोचो और
    करो । जब छोटे छोटे कामो मे सफलता मिलने लगे तब थोड़ा बड़ा काम सोच सकते हो और
    उसे कर सकते हो । जब इसमे भी सफलता मिलने लगे तब इससे भी बड़ा काम सोचो और
    उसे करो । सोचो फिर काम करो । यह तरीका अपनाने से नकारात्मक सोच से आजादी मिलती
    है । कभी भी निष्क्रिय मत रहो । क्योंकि शारीरिक निष्क्रियता के कारण दिमाग अपने आप
    गलत बातें सोचने लगता है ।

    When you recall bad event release emotion. And then you forgive yourself and forgive others that is your ex. When you dont forgive others that is your ex you will remember your past and meomries wont fade away. So it is very important to forgive others that is your ex

    You recall bad event and learn from it. And then release emotion. Release emotion means whatever it comes may be feelings may be crying or anger all release it through emotion when you recall bad events. And you forgive yourself and also you forgive your ex
