    Brilliant!! 🦐🍤🫕🍛😋 The Giant Tiger Prawn for me is the Rolls Royce of seafood: it's expensive but not as crazy as something like a large Primed Lobster or King crab. But it looks totally Michelin-grade on any table due to it's sheer size.
    And it has that wonderful, sweet prawn caramelised seafood flavour you get with lobster!

      @@BESTCHEVAMOS Yep, straight pan fried with a little butter, shallots and garlic. Nothing too fancy but with a centrepiece as stunning as the near footlong Prawn, your rarely need to be! Though, I wish I could cook a tad better as I have over cooked them , lol , not too much but a bit chewier than should be ^ ^

    what is o the other end of the Prawn..is it edible?

      With the head of the prawn you can make a really nice stock
