This door install was super clean and seemed very easy to assemble and install. I like the centerline on the corrugations, looked really slick and slim.
Love the videos , the combinations of the self storage side door containers, a solar kit, and some windows, man doors and interior framing w\ closed insulation could make the space into anything...
What another great development in design and an equally thought out instructional video! I will definitely be getting this frame. The frame without the door is welcomed since I can get, or most anyone, can get a door locally that may suit the needs of the client. Easier on the client as well as you since returns from both ends are a pain on anyone's ends. Thanks ya'll!!
I ❤❤❤❤ your videos. Thorough and detailed. Are you are perfectionist? I wish I had my health because I would definitely DYI my forever home using your methods!!! Carry on and much success!!! From the Caribbean.
I’ve purchased and installed the 36” man door. The door installed as shown. One issue I had was after receiving the door , the door was dented and scratched. 3 of the 4 corners was damaged from shipping. The corners was not protected enough for shipping, to protect from damage. I was shipped a new door for replacement, this door was scratched or dented, but 3 of the corners was damaged as before because, in my opinion, the corners was not protected enough from damage from shipping. But as I said earlier it was easy to install.
The last thing we want to do is sell doors. We make zero money on them and get lots of returns. This corner dent issue may be resolved by the composite doors. We want to sell frames and have customers find doors locally but it's proven to be a difficult sell
@@TheContainerGuyTV You make zero money on your doors at $1400 a piece? Is that because you have the CEO make them and he gets paid $400 an hour? Pull the other one.
Love it, I would think you could buy the knockdown frame kit then buy the slab locally to save on shipping if you are only needing one or two doors. Just need to triple check the hinge locations and make sure the local door place puts the lock hole in the center.
Nice install. Do you worry about the door opening to the outside, and the possibility of someone knocking the hinge pins out ? What size rivets do you use ?
It is possible to buy a new container 40' HC reefer freezer with not not carrier TK compressor (only the insulted container), to make an apartment, container guy is it a good idea or do you not recommend it
Dude are these prices a joke? it is a single door for the cost of a double french door... you are ripping people off. Cost should be around 250-300. Thumbs down.
You guys have lost it. $1,400 for a door and a few steel channels. $140 would be reasonable but this is the age of the great rip-off. Don't tell me; Covid ate all the doors and they are worth their weight on gold now. I guess you're finding enough stupid people to rip off? Go for it, but I'm done with the Container-we'll-rip-you-off-royally-guy channel.
$1400.00 Wow you guys are REAL proud of your product dang!! That is half the price of the whole shipping container.

You're going to spend $1400 for a door? Seriously?

A very helpful and thorough tutorial - thanks!

Great content!!! Reinventing the game!!!
Love what you’re doing. How would you meet newer building code requirements for zone 5 R values? What would the insulation schedule be?
Product looks great. Just wondering though how the man door is secure if the hinges on the exterior. Pop the hinge pins and you're in...

Great stuff
11:33 the real boss walks in! 😹😹😹
The window you use caulking, is there no caulking around this door frame?

Should be about $800 with the custom frame. Dont worry they will come down by the end of 2024!
I'm looking to get 32" but I only see the 36" door on your website
Is shipping container good for storing clothing items?
No, they'll explode.
How much is a 32" door kit with a Fiberglass door?
I'm trying to buy your door and window kits
Why is the door so much? Is it solid metal?
I was just wondering that. This thing is pricy! I can put in a standard fiberglass one for about $300.
great job - but - price is just to high
Available in Ontario???
We're in SK. We can ship
Darn, 32" wouldnt meet code in the US. Require 36" entry doorway if it has living quarters.
36" is our regular door. See here:
