I have only been doing this for two days. I already feel that it's working. I can't wait to see at the end of the 3 months or more. My TMJ is so bad that my front teeth are dead and chip all the time. My dentist said they couldn't help my teeth until my TMJ is better. I have been looking for SO long for relief. THANK YOU!
@@user-ef8ow1nz1o i’ve been to myofunctional therapist. I am not tongue tied. My TMJ stems from my scoliosis . This comment was a year ago. So I found out a lot more by this point. I’ve been to many many experts from Dentist to body workers. I am a self embody worker. I’m not sure what operations you’re speaking of? There’s not much you can do about TJ that caused from your spine being crooked unfortunately.
@@abd_ijaz I’m still doing it and it works really well. I’ve been adding massage with it and that seems to be excellent. I found out since I made this comment that my TMJ is from scoliosis so there’s nothing anyone can do about it. So this at provides release.
HI, i have difficulties putting my tongue on roof of the mouth. My intermolar witdth is 27mm. Is it the reason why i have difficulties? If yes how many mm do i need to expand.
my muscles are very weak and i am a mouth breather since my birth now at my 20's , i could only complete 1st exercise that too with lots of efforts, i couldnt swallow in 2nd exercise cant even feel that muscle.
@@kaiyuan1585 bro i have started working on my CO2 tolerance ie improve bolt score . since all thes things affect the the airway and blood vessels. since working on these thing i could breathe well

Are you tongue tied? If you are, go to a Myofunctional therapst before any operations. i believe you need to do exercises before and after operation.

To have the tongue comfortably on the roof of the mouth you need beetween 40 mm an 55mm at least
Just keep doing the exercise and also take a look at mewing, these two are very similar
