Today I will show you how to sew yourself your prom dress without, design patterns, yes I have not forgotten about you! I wanted to show you that everyone can sew prom dress!
For fabric, I used 4 M and I recommend that you buy so much or more everything depends on how much volume you want in the dress, and you can add tull to make it even bigger on the skirt . Hope you like my video enjoy.

Mini tip for people making this dress you can make the straps wider and overlap the middle slightly to have more side and middle coverage, also if you overlap the middle you can also sew the two straps together slightly to give extra security

this is by far the best and most straightforward tutorial I have found on how to sew a dress of this design!! I am fairly new at sewing, and I created a short version of this dress in red. I absolutely love it!
(I ended up using a satin bed sheet from a thrift store for the fabric and it turned out really good in my opinion :) )

Andrea Bruce Thank you so much so about 4 m of fabric are use all 4 m 120 cm for the length of the skirt and the rest I use for the top so 2 m fore one stripe and the thickness is 70 cm

Once you pinned your pleats or folds then base it so your pins don’t fall out

how or where did you put the back straps? so you twisted the long straps coming from the front-to back, made a twist ad finished it off on the sides or is it tucked in??
Jackii Chavez I put them on my back them mede 3-4 twists and tuck them front then rap them around my waist and mede the bow at back
