I Certainly don't work in a hospital at this time, but I often think of how hard it just is with the fact o facing a family telling them that their loved one is brain dead. even worse explaining to them that even though the heart is still beating, the chest still rises and falls, The patient is dead! Some people don't understand brain death well.
