What a story! I feel for OP. As for Jackie one can only help a person if they are open to getting help. Jackie let down OP who stood by her through all difficulties. She lost OP for ever and deserves no pity. She has to drag herself through life with her abusive mother and sister. Serves her right.
This is a great story. Those people are so crazy.. the bio mother is so damaged and twisted due to the way they she was raised. She did have a support system with her boyfriend and his family. But she chose her CRAZY family..
I get the the 'feeling' that there is a 'GOLDEN CHILD' and it is is not op's ex. The pressure that her family put on her to 'give' the baby to the infertile sister was immense!(Not defending the ex). The ex should have somehow got word to op about what was happening, but instead gave in and engaged in a cover up!
The ex was basically held captive, which makes it harder for me to just completely hate her. I think she was raised getting manipulated by that family... she was practically groomed.
Thank GOD Amber had a strong ,determined & loving father. Willing to sacrifice and fight for her & got her away from that whole damaged family! This was a tragic story but I loved the ending ❤
If I was him I would have been pissed that only did she lie about the baby but she took away the right for him to know his daughter this calls for no wedding and metaphorical divorce. It's even think that she would consider it even after the peer pressure she should know how toxic as hell her family especially her b**** of a sister.
I don't care how neglectful her parents were she had no right to give away her child even if they were pressuring her. I understand that she's abused by parents said her sister but she should have finally stood up to them and said no walked out of there cooking and screaming getter is a b**** her mother's a b**** her father's a b**** assholes but thank you who lied to him for 3 years never got to know his daughter first she started Victim but she became the bad guy.
Some hospitals offer the option of signing over the body for research or cremation. So they may have convinced him one of those happened due to her distress 🤷
@@laramaaike3050 idk I'm just saying cuz where I am from you still have to go to the hospital mother and child's body via emergency transport after such a thing happens. Mother has to be medically examined at a hospital and an official death report has to be made to account for the child and the circumstances has to be investigated to ensure there was no intentional harm to child or mother. I guess I made that assumption based on how my country works in such matters

The family’s pressure was huge, but that doesn’t justify the ex’s actions. OP deserved honesty, not a cover-up. Trust is everything!
