Good day Mr Kelvin, I bought this exact Mixer console and your video have been have helpful. Currently my challenge is how to connect the bass, kick and the floor tom as inputs, and their output connections. Thanks
Can you please reply me back? I have this situation. I have a powered mixture (2x250,4 ohm) and an analogue mixture (signature 16) . I dont have a budget to buy an amplifier. I connected the analogue mixture output to powered mixture using line out to power my passive speakers (elx115). Will it ruin the speakers? should i buy a power amplifier?
Sir where do you connect the bass guitar 🎸is it on the mic line or line for intruments line on the console i need help because u dont have DI box, also the keyboard guitars do i connect them on the line of the mic or line out or line of intruments on the console
Connecting a bass guitar directly to the mic or line input of a mixing console without the use of a DI box is not advisable, because of impedance mismatch. Try any one of these methods instead; 1. If your mixer has a high impedance (Hi-Z) input, use it for the connection. 2. Use the direct-out built into the bass guitar amp/combo (that's if it's available), and connect it to a mic input on the mixing console. 3. Mic up the bass guitar combo/cabinet. Place a microphone with good low frequency response in front of the cabinet about 2 inches from the front, and a little away from the center. A keyboard is a line-level instrument. So you are better off connecting it to the line input of your console. Thank you for reaching out.
@@KelvinEriaganoma at our church we haven't bought the bass combo so i normally connect the bass guitar on the line of a mic on console than bass man on stage uses the monitors and also i want to know where i can connect the lead guitar the kick on the console.

Can I connect powered mixer with power amplifier?
Yes, you can. But you have to connect from the mixer output to the external amplifier and not from the internal amplifier output.
Thank you
