Btw, Tina's backpack - the size looks a bit like mine, which I use for hiking & travelling. I'm all set for backpacks then - just need the cash for the Camino & time! 😂 Cheers and take care. 👍
lol yes, we were making sure to film the food. We even started to feel bad because it was the same food a lot of the time 😂 Tina has a Lowe Alpine Airzone 30L and she’s very pleased with it. I use the same most of the time too really, it because Hedwig was determined to come with us I had to up mine to a 45L 🙄😂 We feel you in the waiting. It took us 5 years to finally be able to come and do it. You’ll get there Kitty 👍🏼❤️

Outstanding video. I can’t wait to walk my Camino. I’m getting push back from my family about this adventure so I may have to sneak away in the night! Haha! Y’all have convinced this old girl she can hike this as well. 😂
LOL yes. If needs be, say you’re nipping out for milk and then make a dash for the airport 😂 Absolutely, when you see what poor shape we’re in on the Combarro-Armenteira section you will feel great about your level of fitness 😂. You will have have a brilliant time. Just listen to your body, and no one else’s 😉
Keep going guys you’re almost there. I’ll be interested to see your take on the spiritual variant and how it compares to the rest of the Camino, Buen Camino!

LOL you’re very welcome Lin. If you’re looking for mistakes you’ve found the right people in the Chonky Trundlers 😉😂 However, we’ve found that at times, some of our best encounters came from a wrong turn or two. If you’re heading North you’re OK 😂
How much did you lighted your pack with sending stuff home? thanks
We estimate about 1,5 kg between us. We sent back battery packs, warm clothing, etc. It doesn’t sound like much but we could feel it. In the end the Big Hill wasn’t nearly as bad as we feared it would be and even we thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope that helps.
