I’ve unfollowed people who saturates my feed with 1) negativity 2) selfies 3) constant grammatical errors (I cringe). I unfriend those people who I can live without, plain and simple. Just like you said, you don’t need toxicity sorrounding you. I like/❤️ a lot of post especially if its really good. No shame in that. Love the content/pod cast guys!

I just wanna share something about sa topic. Haha! Meron akong ka-officemate before na inunfriend ko kasi naiirita nako na lagi niya kong inaadd ng inaadd sa kung ano anong group na sinasalihan niya. Then nung day na inunfriend ko siya, minutes lang yung lumipas, bigla siya nagchat sakin and sabi niya "Hi. Thanks for unfriending me. God bless you." Shocks! Natawa and nagulat ako na parang "hala! Pano niya nalaman na inunfriend ko siya?" Then chinat ko yung friends ko dun sa work ko before and sila din pala ganun yung experience sa guy na yun. Kaya natawa kami na parang "binibilang nya ba lahat ng friends niya and memorize niya sino sino yun para malaman sino nag unfriend sknya?" HAHAHA! Wala lang. Nashare ko lang kasi related sa topic. 😂

Same feels! I had a friend who i've known since 2008 and sht just got real so she suddenly unfriended me just for a silly joke I told her **re time lang** eh when she makes joke naman about it or me eh i'm cool about it. So.. after i confronted her (and admitted that she unfriended me because she fckn jealous bout life lol like whuuut) felt nothing much afterwards.. but felt lighter. I just realized that, unfollowing or letting go of toxic people, even tho that person is somewhat family to you,is a sign of self-respect. And being matured, I guess. 🤷♀️🙋♀️
