    Great delivery. Brad, if you are going to help us become fitter and want to be takes seriously by guys who push their bodies to the limit then become fit. Your appearance is not that of a fit man. Don’t trust a fat Doctor about weight loss. I may sound harsh here but for those that are getting after it your physical appearance as far as fitness matters. I don’t doubt your knowledge just your own application of it.
