I am a new subscriber and I'm loving your channel. French Quarter is our favorite resort at WDW. The grounds are so beautiful and we enjoy the New Orleans style food. It is refreshing to see vloggers who are mature and enjoy the same things as we do.

We have stayed twice at port New Orleans. Love love that resort. Sadly we have never eaten at French quarter, the only thing we got were beignets because my wife and I did a fun run at French quarter. It always nice to see both of you guys together. Nice video guys - great to see Michelle back, that food looks pretty good. One man's opinion... I think you should keep it together on 1 channel to keep it simple. Multiple channels seems to make things more confusing. If people want to watch it, they will - if they don't, they won't. Keep it simple!

Welcome back, Michelle! Riverside and French Quarter always have a special place in my heart. Used to walk over to French Quarter ( we stayed at riverside ) to get me my beignet fix!
Always liked their food at both French Quarter and Riverside ( both food court and their sit down restaurant) I must visit Disney in February, haven’t been to Disney in the winter in such a looong time, ( in 1977, to be exact ), I would love to go during the Art Festival!
Anyway, love Cajun and Creole food! Can’t get enough of it! I too, love fried cabbage, I make it with bacon, fried onions and pasta bows, also add Parmesan cheese.
You sound like me, Michelle, I make my potato salad with just what you said, but I add either, spring onions or chives. Oh and I also add, celery seed, my mom’s recipe.

I live in a little town outside of Baton Rouge and we put potato salad in the Gumbo. It is so good. I love spice, the spicier the better but for those that need the spice to be cooled the potato salad helps with that.
Ok that explains it a little more. I really enjoyed the whole dish. I can take a little heat but not to hot. Thanks for traveling along and being part of our traveling family

The freestyle machines always taste like there are remnants left over from the other flavors of drink. I hate those machines and your seeing them more and more! I’m a Pepsi lover (not that I won’t drink Coke) so we always get Pepsi delivered to our hotel! All the food looks great! As always….another great video 😊
Michelle just didn’t care for them because of that reason. The food was really good and those beignets were fantastic. If I can find Pepsi in a fountain drink it’s my favorite. We hope you have had a fantastic weekend

It’s probably pepper sauce in the cabbage. My dad loved it but I hated the vinegar twang.

Have you ever had the beignets and chicory coffee at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans?
No we have not and that is definitely a trip we need to take. But my question is: are there other local spots that might be better or is the Cafe the only game in town. Thanks for traveling along with us and being part of our traveling family

Also, surprised to see cabbage in New Orleans themed meal, usually it's collard greens. Maybe it's plain yogurt in the potatoes? Thank you for showcasing this Mardi Gras themed meal.
