The 2021 battles of “inertia vs helium” “river vs hiss” “colaps vs river” are all great. And in my opinion, two videos with the highest level beatboxing i can recommend watching is “napom gbb solo elimination 2021” and “Dlow sbx winners compilation” (the last one is long but you will be amazed the whole way through)

I definitely recommend for you to react to GBB Solo 2021 it's pretty recent and the battles and the eliminations are crazy, if you wanna do more reactions of beatbox then make sure to watch the battles and not compilations it's a better experience. Also about what you were asking how the judging works, the judges in battles vote mainly by feel, what they liked more but for example in eliminations they give points in categories such as technicality, musicality, originality, fundamentals, timing, showmanship etc. Also there are more categories in beatbox, what you just watched is called Solo but there are also Tag Team(a team of 2 beatboxers), Solo Loopstation(they use loopstation with beatboxing to create a track), Crew(a team of 3 or more beatboxers) and Tag Team Loop(a team of 2 loopstation beatboxers). I'm really glad that you're reacting to beatbox as it's something i love to do and watch, hopefully you'll make more reactions to beatbox.

The judges have a score sheet and they look for Musicality, Technicality, Orginality, Cleanliness, and Structure... Each judge have a lot of years and experience in beatboxing so thats why if sometimes if they seem unimpressed it's probably becuase they're js focusing on what they beatboxer on stage is doing and/or thinks the beat they are doing is ez... I am pretty sure there's more too it but I'm not too sure, that's all I know about how they score it.. (Edit: Hope it helps you understand it a little better)

THAT squeaky type of sound that dlow was doing with the melody is quite easy. That squeaky sound is produced by creating air pressure in mouth and doesn't require vocal chords

9:15 sega sound is what it's called, done by a clickroll (rolling your tongue inward) and then overlaying it with a zipper (you leave a small space between ur lips so the air inhaled from the clickroll vibrates with that small space)
13:44 so the first sound is your normal vocal chord humming, the 2nd u hearing is actually air being pushed from the cheeks into ur teeth so it makes this squeaky noise

I think you should look up some tutorials and get lost a little bit into beatboxing! Record a video trying to learn sounds.
