Idea for the rice paper puffs: would it be easier to cut them if you just soak two sheets of rice paper at once and then cut them with a knife on the cutting board? Also, you could probably try coating them in sugar and cinnamon for a dessert option if you wanted to.

9:49 I think an easier way to do air-fried chips is to cut and arrange them dry then spray water on them. Haven’t tried but I feel like it might work.
you need to fold it over itself to do the pillows, that’s only possible when the paper is wet
Id guess thebscissors seal the edges together as you cut, which helps make the pillows puff up

Look up how to do the croissant but with matcha and a piece of chocolate! I think those taste less eggy to me bc of the chocolate and matcha toning down the taste. It’s a sweet treat I make with my coffee for a late breakfast

For the rice paper puffs you could dee fry them they would be better in texture wise
Try using a pizza cutter for the 'chips', and then using chopsticks to place them in the air fryer. Should make it easier.

I wonder with the last recipe, I reckon the puffing up comes from having two pieces of rice paper stick together, would it also work if you just stick two sheets together instead of folding one?
And my Asian supermarket sells rice noodles that are a square shape, I wonder if you could pop those too, or does it only work with the sheets 🤔

I made the rice paper noodles, but I was not impressed with how much rice paper it took to make a tiny portion of noodles

I just cup rice paper and deep fry them. As soon as they come out it spritz with bragg’s aminos and shake on garlic powder and nutritional yeast. They are amazing chips.
