These particular upgrades are actually very nice and solve a LOT of the problems I was having. It’s too bad you can’t buy the pro kit parts at a slight discount if you’re already a pro kit owner
Where’s the V Frame that Vitruvian said was coming out months and months ago? It never appeared.

I’ve been watching this company for awhile , I have clench fitness bands and would like their platform but I’m uncomfortable counting on my body weight to weigh it down , I hope they start doing promo on what you mentioned bc I’m only missing upper body right now to pull the plug and I’d like to have an all in one solution… thanks for sharing

When do you think the tower attachment will come out?
I want a few things fixing on the app, specifically a voice activation function for starting and stopping a workout, rather than being stuck under the bar a while until it deloads lol

The Vitruvian accessories has always been superior than the SPEEDIANCE...but would you use Vitruvian instead of a Tonal or SPEEDIANCE?
I own the Speediance Gym Monster (not the lower tier Gym Pal that competes with Vitruvian's platform). With exception to the barbell which is custom designed for the machine (and it's solid) I've replaced the other accessories with my own b/c of the quality. Vitruvian is superior to what Speediance offers in just about every aspect of their design. With a 440-lb resistance cap Vitruvian can provide features that Speediance can't. The Vitruvian app is at a different level, e.g. you can't track your workout progress with Speediance. What Speediance has going for it is a lower price point and a lifetime membership that's free/included, however the company announced they will start charging new customers a monthly fee sometime next year (based on the Gym Monster features I wouldn't pay a monthly fee). You do get a flat bench with the Gym Monster but it's garbage with small weld joints and users reporting the bench breaking during workouts. There is an incline bench available as an upgrade but I see a lot of owners such as myself using their own bench. While the Vitruvian V-Frame isn't out, the Speediance Gym Monster isn't suitable for tall people. I'm 6'4 and even when kneeling on the platform my hands extend beyond the top bar and my arms are almost at a 90-degree angle with the handles so lat pulldowns aren't an option for me. I'd classify Vitruvian as a smart gym while the Speediance Gym Monster is a digital gym. What drew me away from Vitruvian is their monthly subscription and what appears to be sub-standard support. They've also gone dark on the V-Frame that they started announcing a year ago. I bought my Speediance through Amazon so I've got 65 days to evaluate it and send it back (free shipping). If you order from Speediance you better be sure you want it b/c they give you a 7-day return period, you pay shipping, and they can deny your request. They have a solid Facebook group but their support is not great. A lot of customers have been getting screwed with delayed shipping/delivery.
the only thing that doesn't make me buy this product is the cost, €3190 is way too much and going to buy with a gym membership, is equivalent to one of 8 years, probably the average time to replace this product
I don’t like the price either, but I don’t live in a town that has a gym anymore, so I either have to use this really old total gym or buy something really nice that I can’t afford like this. I’m upset that the home fitness industry has marketed all their products now to the very affluent rather than a middle-class price point. Very few people can put down $3-4000 on stuff like this.
I don’t think the premium handles are in the pro accessory kit. It doesn’t mention that they’re included on Vitruvian’s website.

If that’s the case, then their website isn’t updated. The only way I see that you can get pro handles is via the “entry kit”

What does that strap going through the new long bar do? Does it allow for load to be put on just one end like doing a weighted mace workout? Or paddling type moves? Thanks!

it works just fine without a subscription. Unlike others (like Tonal) you can still utilize all the smart lifting features without a membership

I think they ruined the bench in certain ways. It’s way too low to the ground now. There’s no way benching isn’t awkward now with knees being too high.

I really wish they would spend more money on fixing their buggy app and releasing the V Frame. This update feels like a FU to current Virtuvian owners
