Hi, in the video you recommended using my own outgoing server for from emails. But now Zoho says. Note: DKIM and SPF authentication are not available for "From" addresses that send emails using your own SMTP servers. Help!!
Basically what this warning is saying is that if you use your own SMTP servers, there is no need for SPF and DKIM authentication.. SPF and DKIM authentication are only relevant if you are sending through Zoho servers but by using your own SMTP it becomes irrelevant.
@bluroot we are racking our brain trying to solve an issue. All emails forwarded into zoho are public. Even those with private comments from team members. Impossible to hide this.
By using data sharing rules found here: help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/desk/ticket-management/articles/understanding-ticket-accessibility you should be able to get around any privacy issues within Zoho desk
