where does the verification code goes to
Hi Luis, the email with a code should go into the parsing inbox of Zoho (as long as you have added it as a verified email. For troubleshooting you can find out more here: help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/troubleshooting-tips/articles/troubleshooting-email-parser
But , I didn't find any parsing inbox in Zoho CRM.
Can you please tell how can we access the verification code send to parser email address.
