    It would be awesome if you can switch the from an integrate any email from a team member into Zoho Desk

    hi buddy. thanks for the video. i run a few different e-commerce stores. is it possible to use just one zohodesk and have all inquiries from the different e-commerce stores into one? if so how do i do this? I'm assuming its just setting up different departments for each e-commerce store? thanks

      Hi Ben, You’re right! Each time you create a department, you get a new email endpoint for that department to receive tickets. Then forward each of your ecommerce store emails to that new endpoint.
