    Thank you for the video. Can you do a part 2 about quotes, sales orders, product and campaign modules?

  • @zsspeedway
    @zsspeedway 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Thank you Lior for this video, it is very helpful for beginners! I agree, that next time it would be great if you can create a short video about the followings - how to manage deal cycle and how to connect it to Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoice. As I have seen in your last video, somewhere you mentioned, that ZOHO Books enables a much better User Experience at managing Sales Orders and Invoices and it has an excellent integration to ZOHO CRM.
    Maybe it would be great if you can somehow present your recommendation, how to connect Deal module to ZOHO Books.
    Is it true, that sooner or later ZOHO will depreciate the ZOHO CRM native Sales Orders/Invoice module?
    I think this is also an important information, since if we want to deploy a long term CRM and invoicing solution, than we somehow have to connect ZOHO Books and ZOHO CRM Deals module.
    So,...
    We are waiting for your next very good video! :)
    best regards
    Zsolt

    What is the best place to keep information about if the customer is the decision maker? We sell a virtual team building program to remote companies so the person who calls us is rarely the person who approves the invoice. We want to track customer profile data like age, gender, job title etc for targeting our SEO. Should all that be under Contact or would decision maker name/position be part of the deal? Thanks - love your videos.

      Thank you! Yes, you need to keep each "person" as a Contact and use the Contact Roles or lookup fields.

    I understand the format, but why is salesiq so limited when it comes to website activity tracking in the deals segment. This holds me back from even touching the deals section. Am I overlooking something?

      Do you like to create an opportunity based on a chat? What kind of feature are you missing? From my experience most of the feature exists but no one knows about them.

    Hello, great video but I al struggling with the situation regarding the integrations with other app. for example: If i don't include many information on the contacts, how can i filter Them in Zoho campaign when i want tô perform a mailing on a specific target?

    • @smallbusinessautomation
      @smallbusinessautomation  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      your marketing criteria is good as the data you entered. If you need to filter on the leads than its info you need to collect.

    Lior - would like your opinion on something:
    Do LEADS belong in zCRM or are they better off in zCAMPAIGNS or zMARKETINGHUB?
    The question comes from a Logic that says - why have a record (bloat) in CRM that
    1. Has not contributed to a previous deal
    Or
    2. that you believe (with a reasonable amount of certainty) WILL be contributing to a deal soon?
    Any record fails to satisfy 1 or 2 ought be in CAMPAIGNS or Mhub, thoughts?
    Certainly there are trade-offs
    Chris
    ps - my current business use case doesn't generate hundreds, thousands or tens of thousands of leads per month. But lets say a future venture does, in just cringing at the idea of having all those records bloating up my system.

    • @smallbusinessautomation
      @smallbusinessautomation  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you Chris. In general I have in the CRM all the people that ever contacted the company. Some will be leads and stay as leads and some will be contacts (only if they passed the leads phase and they had some commitment to the sales process). The Leads and contacts will be in Campaigns and receive marketing emails until they buy something or they want to stop getting those emails.

    One thing that I wish I fully had understood starting out, a Contact can only have one account, as it's 1 to 1. So if you try to set up a contact with multiple businesses, you're going to have a hard time.

    • @smallbusinessautomation
      @smallbusinessautomation  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      100%. The idea of multiple businesses on one CRM is not a viable solution.

    You are Wrong. Accounts means "Buisness Entity" - this can be a Company or a Household or Organisation. If you sell Windows for a Home and The Owner pay the Bill but the contact is the gardener for Example - the Owner is the Account and the Gardener the Contact. Accounts = Business Entity = the point you make Money with Contacts = The Point you do the Work.
