The Hoyt Axius is one of the most overlooked bows in the Hoyt lineup. Often times consumers are comparing the Hoyt RX Carbon series of bows to other manufacturers aluminum bows. This is really an apples to oranges comparison.
If you're in the market for a great bow make sure you try shooting the Axis series before you make any decisions.
what was the arrow weight and what speed did it get. I have the same bow I am fixing to set up with same specs
Here's one of the reasons why I really like these videos. I've always felt the bow tech I have to work on my bows, knows what he's talking about and doing. I've always shot well and the arrow goes where it's supposed to and if it doesn't, after he's done with my bow or my technique, it's fixed. At the end of the day, that's all we want, right.? But when I hear another bow tech (in this case Jeremiah) say the exact same thing... I know never to doubt my bow tech and that's exactly why I will drive almost 2 hours to go to him. Great video as always.

Jeremiah, is that a peep aligner below the string stop or just a weight on the string? If so, does it work?
I have never had that much difficulty setting up my bow. I have shot PSE, Bear, Mathews, and Hoyt. All I shoot is Hoyt now. I was lucky enough to be in need of a new bow in 2013 and got 2013 Hoyt Charger for $550. My 2013 Charger will be hard to beat. Specially for the price.

I would’ve like to have seen you guys play around with stabilizers. I see a lot of guys running longer stabilizers nowadays and I was always under the impression shorter type limbsaver stabilizers were better for hunting. TIA

A lot. With no wind, shooting at a 45 angle, around 400 meters.

It was something Wilde Arrow got and is now discontinued from what we heard. Looking to find the mfg. of them and maybe get some Hush ones. We'll see what we can find out.
