You guys are punching those releases. Slapping and punching is NOT good. Guaranteed you are punching as the pin floats by the target called “ drive by” punching. Your pin isn’t steady on the target is it? The human brain can not do two conscious commands at the same time like concentrating on the target and telling that finger to move.In that micro second your brain goes to command the finger the pin has moved guaranteed 9 times out of 10. I know because I was a puncher for years. Some days were great others bad. Learn a better way by watching “ bow only outdoors “ learning videos on trigger release set up and use. Watch John Dudley and his form and technique with his trigger release called the Backstrap. Get away from punching and I guarantee your skill level will be so much better. And it will become easier to shoot because you will have better form and technique.

I just bought my Hoyt Torrex in May man this bow is smooth and dead in the hand.. I have the EXACT same setup as you except my bow is Khaki color.
