@Jennifer Young it was internal auditor. I had a total of 3 different interviews with a manager in my, a manager in tx, and the business unit manager in Hong Kong. Last Friday they sent me an offer letter for 95k. I will have to relocate but for this job it's worth it. The main questions were: why do you want to be an internal auditor. 2- how would you convince shareholders that your findings and suggested changes are needed.

Can't use anything that involves much experience because employers want experience but no employer wants to give anyone the chance to gain that experience leaving everyone from college with a degree and no experience.
It's really tough when trying to get started as a beginner. All the Junior positions I can find require 2-4 years experience, but they still want to pay beginner level salaries.

Today I had an interview for a junior position and I got very surprised with the questions that the company did to me like how to audit goodwill or provisions and risks behind that. I think those are unfair questions for someone who do does have much experience. Do you have any examples of technical interviews? Thank you!
