Via Francigena. Part One: Switzerland

In the summer of 2019 I walked the Via Francigena from Lausanne to Rome with my good friend Philipp, and I filmed it. Here's the first part in Switzerland, from Lausanne to the Great Bernard Pass.

Hi great videos! I'm also looking at walking the route from lausanne to Rome, and I was wondering how long the journey took you in total?

Thank you! It depends on how much you walk per day, and how many rest days you want to take of course. It took us about 4 1/2 weeks with 37 km per day on average and 2 rest days. Hope that helps :) and enjoy, it's a beautiful way!
