- I am heading to one of the most beautiful places in Switzerland: The world heritage site of Lavaux. Located next to the city of Lausanne in the french speaking part of Switzerland on the shore of lake Geneva, Lavaux is very famous for its local wine production, mainly Chasselas.
I am going with Flo on the motorbike to explore this stunning region and find some good wine.

Loved the video, it makes me a bit homesick for the Vaud region of Switzerland. I will correct you one thing. The traditional name of the lake is lake Léman, not lake Geneva. Glad to see you enjoyed your time in Switzerland.
Wow, your title is spot on, I had not heard of Lavaux or its wine making. Such a beautiful location, and, I would be happy to have been born there and grow up in the region. Nice to see you and Flo together again. So nice to see more of the delightful Swiss countryside. Am not a big wine drinker, but, I have not tried every wine and such a brilliant opportunity awaits to try them out! Should I get to visit the area, I will certainly go for a swim in Lake Geneva. 15 years ago there was a discussion in the local newspaper about the payment of the wine harvest workers: They get 100 CHF/day what is near slavery for Switzerland and therefore all involved can get in trouble with the authorities.
