I find it just extraordinary that one of the most innovative and professional teams of TH-cam sailors are not having to ask the worlds numerous boat builders, with special offers/deals of sponsorship, to form an orderly queue along the quay. But hats off to you for remaining so independent, it makes it all much more 'realistic' for us normal beings.

I am stunned. This is the craziest thing I have ever seen. More power to you. My wife and I are watching this and she says we would kill each other on a project like this. Uma lives on!!!
I'm so happy that you guys decided to keep Uma and basically do what amounts to a major refit. I'm relieved that you're fixing up Uma. Sure maybe a new boat might make more sense on a purely logical sense but THIS boat has been your home and THIS boat has gotten you to so many amazing places over the years. If you absolutely had to replace her, it would still be sailing Uma but I'm overjoyed to see you're able and willing to restore and repair the original. There's a lot to be said for that. I look forward to all the videos to come of the repairs and improvements you make and the many more adventures to follow!
I am a fan of Project Atticus, but to be honest the tone of their channel changed when they got their new boat. Of course that was a family planning necessity, but still.

I hope when you move back in you will purge and inventory your stuff. I recommend storing things in labeled containers, in numbered locations and creating a file system on your computer so it can be found easily when/if you need it. Maybe even include an expiration date on the computer to let you know that something is about to become unusable, so you can toss it at the next port. Organizing is worth the time!
Can't wait to see the boat reworked "Uma" style. Your projects almost seem to exude a Nordic character. Wonderful simplistic lines and clean shapes. At 73 I look back on the major housing projects in my life with fondness and appreciation for the growth they brought to our marriage through the planning as well as the execution. Savor the experience. It will bring you a lifetime of fond memories. George
Part of the joy to watch you, is how you have managed to turn a pretty worn out lady to become an almost explorer yacht. And particularly your creativity in terms of improving the whole vessel to accommodate you as a couple. A good friend of mine recently died. He was an architect like you, and relatively late in his professional life he won a major architectural competition. A public building that took many years to construct. Very advanced in terms of environmental specifications. When he finished, he decided to use all the money he had earned to design a sailing boat for circumnavigation. He was an experience sailor/racer and competed for many years in his X-79. In 1998 he contacted the Hansa Yard in Germany and together with an architect friend and the naval designer Judel/Vrolijk they made the Hansa DS 37. The vessel is now for sale in Norway. You should take a look. Had it not been for the fact that you have decided to go ahead with a renovation, I would have recommended you to seriously give it a consideration as a candidate for UMA II. Immaculately maintained where only the best will do. As we Norwegians are so used to due to the tough weather, rugged coastline and maritime heritage.
This project will be a game changer for UMA you two are the cats meowing for sailing and crafting projects above and beyond your normal sailing crews, what you have done to her so far was astonishing beyond belief I know we all look forward to seeing the final transformation you will bring to the series of videos to come 20 tons of good luck your way
For someone who isn't behind the pay wall, it has been a very long month. I'm so happy to learn you are both ok! I hope no one called the Sardinian Coast Guard on you.
YES!!! YES!!! YES!!! This is circular thinking, and I admire the decision to keep Uma and do the upgrades by combining expertise. You show that it can be done and the project will be very interesting content to follow. 😃 Not everything needs to be new, my 40-yo 35’ boat, went through a professional hull refit and change of rigging as well - after that it feels like being given a second life. For me, Sailing Uma has always been special, not because of sailing, but because a life story of growing up with adventures, by all 3 of you together - Kika, Dan, and UMA. ❤
I venture to say most people thought for sure you would be using this opportunity to move into a new boat, but good on you for taking this massive project on and taking care of the old girl who has taken such good care of you! Looking forward to this chapter.
as a 54 year old who knows little to nothing about sailing but practical in nature. My wife and I lived in the same house for 23 years fixing and a repairing, fixing and a repairing an old 1963 ranch home on an acre lot. We now live in a more structurally sound high-end townhome which has more insulation modern amenties, better built, better neighborhood etc. Doing it all over again I would have never moved into the 1963 ranch. It didn't resale for much and it was a Giant Pain the @ss. Cut your losses, get a boat that's properly made for what your doing and call it UMA 2.0 and call it a day, you will be much happier that you did, we certainly are. Love your channel and admire what you guys are doing. Signed my 2cents.
Wow looks like LOTS of work. Not a sailing issue but at the beginning you were talking over your watch. An everyday occurrence now days, BUT a future fantacy for those of us who remember Dick Tracy. How unbelievable and futuristic it was at the time. Some of us get a pleasant Flash Back to a happy time when you see it. Thanks
I am happy to hear that the new update gives your motor the ability to travel at 3.6 knots using 1.2 KW of power. That means that your range has been extended to 3 nm for each KWH expended at the quite reasonable speed of 3.6 knots. I am glad to see that you have started removing your possessions and easily removed structures from Uma. How wonderful that this new marina is allowing you to do this kind of work. What ever you decide to do, this work would still have to be done and it certainly helps clears the way so that you can more quickly start the structural rebuild if you can get a good opportunity. Best of Luck, and much respect for your progress.
Having spent the last 8yrs restoring my 1974 Pacific 38 part time after work I think I’m qualified to say you’ll get immense pleasure and satisfaction from restoring your beautiful sailing yacht to better than new. Respect and good on you both 👍👍👍
I"m watching Ran sailing building a boat and you guys re-building one. Can't say how much I admire your attitudes and the thought you put into what you're doing!
@@akkasams2059 not to forget Plukky's Freedom project, the cats MJ and Life on the Hulls, the speedy racers Duracell and NV, and the woody Arabella, Yaba and the grandiose Tally Ho. Plenty of good stuff.
I watch RAN Sailing, as well. They have the cutest little girl. 👍 I just wonder how they're going to get the boat out of the building and in to the water when the build is done.
That has been explained in several of their videos. One end wall of the barn will be knocked out to make an opening, then it will be taken out upside down. They will rotate it right way up, then return it to the barn for work to continue until ready to go out on a trailer to the sea. It is being built upside down...hence the two stage build process. This is normal, except commercial builders have a shed with a roof crane built in to rotate the boat. Taking it outside gives space to use a mobile crane to rotate it.
My great-grandmother used to tell me, "Whatever you do, never give up, eat your greens, and follow your bliss." So, good luck whatever you decide to do.
Dude, this is the reason we all so love Uma and you two! You almost always pick a hard way to go by. Don't relay on money and someone else to fix a problem for you! You guys are my hero!!! and I do think this is the right way not only for the love of the ship, but for the business of retaining your supporters, none-millionaires!!!
I was so glad you decided to keep UMA and not opt for something bigger, better, faster. UMA is such an integral part of the whole Dan and Kika story and this new build out will keep us intrigued for the next 4-6 months..
I can't tell you how happy I am that you decided to save Uma. It brought tears to my eyes. In my heart I knew you'd keep the old girl alive. #TeamUmaLives
Dan and Kika, I’ve been watch you two for years, from the beginning. I’ve tried to watch other people trying to produce what you do but they just can’t top it like you do. I’ve watched you on these island or at sea it’s like I’m right there with you during those scary sails to diving to walking on the island and meeting other people. Keep up the great job and thank you for letting us sail with you. Safe Sails.
1. This is a return to why I first started watching Uma - so very excited 2. I'm hauled out for the summer to redo my v-berth and foredeck and i'm amazed at how much you're cutting while in the water, good job guys!!!
Glad you are fixing Uma, I love your sailing adventures but watching Dan’s re-engineering is truly amazing. This really takes me back to the beginning of your adventures. Here I thought you were setting us up for you getting a new boat. (It seems many of the other youtubers have been getting new boats). I know Dan will make it better than new. Can’t wait to see Uma 2.0.
Not discounting Kika’s contribution what so ever. I have watched every single step of their adventures and while they BOTH have a designer eye for design, Dan obviously has the MacGiver gene of the family. Watching him engineer the modifications is a pleasure to watch.
I’ve come to realize that every TH-cam sailing channel inevitably becomes a TH-cam boat building channel. Good luck. Glad to see Uma will sail onI ⛵️🇨🇦
We are so glad you've found a solution for getting Uma renovated, allowing you to do much of the work. "Putting her down" and getting a new boat doesn't make much sense, especially since you've put in so much work to retrofit her perfectly. We love Uma and you two! ❤
Knowing how amazing and beautiful the salon was worked into, this is going to be grand ( on a small boat scale.) Bravo for intelligent and creative diy'rs
Oh boy...I feel for you both. This brings back refitting nightmares. Panic inducing...except you guys are so capable I know the refitted Uma is going to be amazing. Thank you for saving a 50 year old boat. I hope you inspire others to rebuild old boats rather than buying new. Too many fibreglass boats are left to rot.
I didn't realise some people get to see videos earlier somehow? I've been thinking about this since I watched the last video. Never clicked on a notification so fast in my life. Honestly think you guys are crazy doing this, but I'm excited to see what happens. Also agree with the comments about how is it you don't have a queue offering help when you guys are so sucessful with what you do-or maybe you do & we'll learn about it during the refit. Best of luck for this ❤
This is very reminiscent of Matt and Kristen refitting their boat on Sailing Good Bad and Ugly. What started out as some repairs and upgrades ended up being pretty much a complete interior redesign and renovation!!! It started just like this! 11
Glad to see you fix UMA and make her even better for your next chapters cruising the world! The Pearson has carried you well over the years and I can't wait to see her makeover ! Go Dan & Kika ....Go UMA !!!
Half of "sailing Uma", is Uma. I really think you guys are making the right choice, staying with the old boat. It is not that that specific hull, in itself, is important. But dealing with an older boat, keeps your channel much more relevant to me, and i guess that applies for most of your audience. Striking a deal with a boat maker, and getting a brand new, million dollar yacht, would ruin everything. Stay awesome, iI have really enjoyed your projects and travels both.
Uma will never be the same again, which I guess is the point. Did I miss someone saying how long this project will take? Thank you for sharing. Have a great day and stay safe.🙂🙂
No shade guy's I know how much you love UMA. Over the years you guy's have put a lot of work and love into UMA. I know how it is to scrap a project you put so much into. So I'm so very HAPPY for you guy's that you found a way to do the work so UMA can take to the high seas once again🎉🎉🎉 This is cause for celebration🍹. I can't wait to see how you rebuild her and the changes your going to make. Just know I'll be waiting as much I can as always. I just can't get over that it's been 8 years. It seems far less than that since I was watching you guy's repair the keel in FL. Before that watching Keeka play in the snow for the first time in her life❤️ Such Sweet Memories💯🤝🏿🎉🎉 I love you guy's take care✌🏿💜
Dan & Kika in demo and design mode with their boat... all's right with the world! You wouldn't know it needed it until tearing out things. Looking forward to seeing the transition😎👍
This video makes me so happy! Watching you two do your original refit on Uma 8 years ago gave me so much respect for you two. I can't wait to watch this project develop and see you pour your hearts and skills into your boat. Best of luck with all the hard work ahead!
It's so good to see you keeping the old girl going. I've been looking for this update. Very well done you two you both. From an old guy in England, you've made my day. CHEER'S.
Oh my God! The stuff you managed to pack in that small boat is just unbelievable! Dan is right the boat is probably floating higher but I think more than 10 cm. Kudos to that youthful energy you both have I wish I had some of that again! Here's hoping everything works out!
Wow, awesome episode. Such unexpected developments! There is a secret part of me that jumps with joy that you will continue your journey with Uma: she has become a one-off a kind experiment in sailing. Looking forward to seeing your next episode!!!
Glad you found a solution but what a lot of work! I love how you guys are still smiling and cheerfully adding more work to the list! What a great team!
Man this reminds me when I first found your TH-cam channel, the projects you did back then and I remember the hurricane you road out after you pulled out that chain and road from the locker. What’s nice is seeing the ideas start to form as you dive into this I can’t wait to see what you both come up with in the v-birth.
Not sure if I'm crying tears of joy or sadness . I love you both. But yes. It's great to see you both working on the boat again. So much hard work though and video recording it all aswell and then it has to be edited. I don't have that youthful vitality anymore. I love your work.
I would have bet my boat you all were going to get a bigger boat and start over with what you have learned. This is going to make some great content and I am going to lean loads. The only thing wrong with your channel is when its on I cannot leave the screen. Its just too good. Thanks for your fine work...
Don't buy a couch... Buy a boat and fill it with loads of stuff! 😀 Quite impressive amount of stuff you've managed to pack in her. When I lived on a boat I had damp mattress problems, so I built a frame a couple of inches high out of an old futon base to give an airgap underneath, with holes drilled though to the storage lockers & a couple of 12volt computer fans built in the bulkhead to give airflow through everything, which solved the problem. Good luck with this project!
Wow! I can’t believe there was so much in there! I’ve always thought you both were very organized, but now I know for sure. And I don’t ever remember it looking “cluttered” either, but that’s like a two bedroom condo, except for furniture. I thought the first update made it look like a brand new boat, so I can’t wait to see all the things that bothered either of you and how you change them, like the shelving in the V-Berth. I hope it goes fast & easy! 🍀
Super stoked that you decided to repair Uma! Getting a new boat will just come with new problems which will be more difficult to solve because you're not familiar with the boat!
You guys have the right idea. If you're going to go through all the trouble of working on your boat, you might as well change the things you don't like and repair or replace those things that were broken or never done correctly in the first place. I can't wait to see what comes next!
What's cool about those fiberglass boats is that you can essentially keep repairing them and upgrading them indefinitely, especially when you've got D&K doing most of the work.
@@stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 It's unbelievable how many people are working on their own fiberglass boats lately. TH-cam has provided a LOT of good knowledge on what was once almost voodoo. Dan and Kika are good examples of this. Two young college kids fixing up their own bargain basement wreck of a boat on a budget. What's not to like?
Enjoy your youth. You guys seem to have endless energy. Just a fraction of the projects you get yourselves into would kill a guy my age. LOL. I do wish you the best and can't wait to see the amazing interior designed properly.
Yeah baby! This is why I subscribed to this channel! It's your courageous, creative, and innovative approach to boat improvement projects that makes it entertaining and inspiring. F#*k yeah, its just plywood, lets do it over and do it better! I'm totally stoked for you guys. I'm no fool, I know it's a ton of work and some heart ache too, but you guys got this. CHEERS!
Just out of curiosity, how much did Uma's waterline rise after all was removed? And I foresee a LOT of additional projects being done on UMA, besides the original one. Ya know the "since we are already doing this, might as well do this too." effect?
Uma also demonstrated another basic principle of life; "Stuff expands to fill the volume available to it". I wonder how much of that stuff will never make its way back aboard.
Good News! I was a bit worried when nothing turned up on the UMA channel. But I know that you are full of ideas and have the capacity to find solutions. It feels like starting all over again with the first episodes. But now you have tons of experience. It will be really exciting to follow your journey to UMA 2.0.
I have to say that it’s so strange watching you remove that foam insulation when I watched you install it years ago. Great to see that you are still the innovators that attracted me to your channel in the first place. Not to mention I lived in a ‘73 person 36.5 for six years
Like others I really happy that you found a way to up grade/fix Uma. Because of all the sailing channels I follow I think Uma is my favourite. It's not the make and model, although I do prefer the look and feel of a mono hull, I love how you both have model Uma to fit your needs; and I'm can't wait to see what you do next.
So stoked for your upcoming videos! Glad you two decided to do the work to Uma. It's like you have circumnavigated your experience and now you're back where you started when your keel was falling off but with tons more knowledge.
hard to decide i could say, good luck with your project, I'm convinced that the right thing will come out, and then all this effort will be worth it..👍
Un-be-liev-able! I thought to having big stuff on my boad but you guys beat me easily. 🙀I admire your courage in tackling this huge project! And yes, I look forward to a huge amount of boat project videos coming up. I love them. All the best to you and stick it out.
After 8 years of heavy sailing Uma earned the right to a thorough refit . With you experience you will be rebuilding her to a better and more sturdy ship . She has been bringing you everywhere . She is also family !
You have been quite the pioneers in an all electric sailboat. I can't understand why one of these builders that are trying to focus in that market are not giving you a boat to do a proof of concept for them. I would love to see you in a brand new all electric boat.
I am so pleased to see that you are giving UMA another life - _with you_ ! Sure, it would be interesting to see what your “design a perfect boat from scratch” project throws up… but what you achieved with improving and refining Uma has been so impressive and she has been such a good fit for you, I like seeing her getting a lift. All the best for the three of you!
What will be the next step if you expand planning even more? Use the old Uma as a mold and make a completely new boat? ⛵ Love following you and your adventures, this is going to be exciting. ❤❤❤
You both are the best. I was hoping you’d move on from Uma to a more ocean going boat. I’ve sailed 36 Pearson’s and they are great for bays and coastal cruising but you now deserve a proper ocean yacht. You’ve done wonders with the old girl, and I know your refit will be done properly. Good luck!
Really? Often an "upgrade" is a downgrade. Bigger is not always better and neither is newer... Actually, these days newer means fails sooner. These guys know what they are doing. This boat has been a lot of tough places. Most of all it is home. Besides, I expect the rebuild is long ago finished anyway :)
After scrolling through the comments it looks like the people who are in favor of the project write their own comment and the people who think that is to much work just leave a vote here. I personally was thinking they would buy a new boat in the med but it was the electric motor swap project that originally brought me to the channel way back years ago and it is the projects that keep me coming back.
I must confess to some selfish pleasure that you will be returning, once again, to your ‘re-building and transforming an old boat’ roots. Best of luck with this new, remarkable adventure. I’m looking forward to it!!
Most manufacturers are experiencing huge demand for their products. TH-cam marketing isn’t needed.
Imagine these two tied down to a contract like the pair you’re thinking of, that was a one off deal to be guinea pigs, they had a hell of a lot more issues with that cat than was ever put on TH-cam plus they still had to pay for it, the deal was basically a certain amount of content to advertise the boat for supplying the finance, they just got lucky with time and location... and no insults intended but look at them, they’re the angels of TH-cam sailing... They’re still asking people for money. Not so independent.

Amazing how much stuff.. lol. Great job

Most notable comment; the time Captain Kirk gave a run down of the most notable Uma moments!

The spirit of Uma still lives.
Exactly. I loved watching Uma turn from an ugly duckling to the beautiful swan she is.
they don't need to do any of this. They could easily buy a new boat. They're only doing this for content.

This project will be a game changer for UMA you two are the cats meowing for sailing and crafting projects above and beyond your normal sailing crews, what you have done to her so far was astonishing beyond belief I know we all look forward to seeing the final transformation you will bring to the series of videos to come 20 tons of good luck your way
Sailing Uma was quarantine for me. I binged the entire series. Three years later, I’m just as excited!
For someone who isn't behind the pay wall, it has been a very long month. I'm so happy to learn you are both ok! I hope no one called the Sardinian Coast Guard on you.
@Maria CANCER sorry but stop advertising yourself it shamefull
@@elenatissari1866 It is also trolling on Itchy Boots - and probably other channels …
Long yes, but after that video everyone has understood.
YES!!! YES!!! YES!!!
This is circular thinking, and I admire the decision to keep Uma and do the upgrades by combining expertise. You show that it can be done and the project will be very interesting content to follow. 😃
Not everything needs to be new, my 40-yo 35’ boat, went through a professional hull refit and change of rigging as well - after that it feels like being given a second life.
Absolutely thought they'd move on. BUT no way!! Kudos folks! :D
as a 54 year old who knows little to nothing about sailing but practical in nature.
Yay! Kika and Dan getting back to their roots - tearing apart Uma and rebuilding her better. Can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves!
Can't say how much I admire your attitudes and the thought you put into what you're doing!
...same here! We terminated our circumnavigation last autumn after 17 years and Uma, Magic Carpet and Ran are filling a part of the gap!
I just wonder how they're going to get the boat out of the building and in to the water when the build is done.
I was thinking you were going to give up on her, thank you for not doing that. She has kept you safe for so many thousands of knots.
I love these major boat project videos!
Funny how many people in the comments were like "time to give up and buy a new boat". We were in the minority.
Safe Sails.
We are happy to see that you’re posting steps again! 🎉 good luck with figuring everything out and of course good luck with this massive project!
1. This is a return to why I first started watching Uma - so very excited
Ummmmm, hello!? It’s both of them! They do the work and design it together! Open your eyes and bring yourself into the 21st century!
Dan and Kika are **both** designers and architects.
I've been looking to buy a sailboat to live on.... and I'm glad I've been looking because I found you all 😊
I love your determination 🙏
We are so glad you've found a solution for getting Uma renovated, allowing you to do much of the work. "Putting her down" and getting a new boat doesn't make much sense, especially since you've put in so much work to retrofit her perfectly. We love Uma and you two! ❤
At the end of this someone needs to make Dan an honorary Naval Architect...
Takes some guts doing all that repair/ remodeling! ( you also work so well together:)
I was hoping a newer and bigger boat was in store but seeing how much love will be going into Uma for a second time around is priceless
Best of luck for this ❤
I can’t believe this boat survived the northern sailing in the fjords and ice that you guys did plus all the other thousands of kms. Amazing 🎉
This is very reminiscent of Matt and Kristen refitting their boat on Sailing Good Bad and Ugly. What started out as some repairs and upgrades ended up being pretty much a complete interior redesign and renovation!!! It started just like this!

Congrats to you both for the article in Yachting Monthly!
I’m taking this summer off van projects and am stoked I get to watch some good ones here 🙌🏼
So glad we are back to the repair and improvement project videos! Watching you two come up with and execute these projects is impressive!
It's so good to see you keeping the old girl going. I've been looking for this update. Very well done you two you both. From an old guy in England, you've made my day. CHEER'S.
"It's just plywood", famous last words! 😂😂
I'm looking forward to your little remodel project.
Why was everyone keeping their desire to see Uma stay alive secret?
"It's just plywood..." sound like the most tantalizing famous last words ever. Haha! Love this project!
Glad you found a solution but what a lot of work! I love how you guys are still smiling and cheerfully adding more work to the list! What a great team!
When I'm doing big projects like that I install a fan in your front hatch blowing out the dust I hope this helps
She knows the old saying of "just hold your mouth right and you can do it" while getting the cushions together
Uma is such a big part of this epic story. I’m so happy she will continue in your adventures for years to come. 🎉❤
Don't buy a couch... Buy a boat and fill it with loads of stuff! 😀
Quite impressive amount of stuff you've managed to pack in her.
Those locker in the v berth look like they might be structural. Might keep that in mind when you reinforce that area.
Uma isn’t a boat, she is a Tardis……😮
Nothing better on the ytube that watching you guys troubleshoot and fix it "your way." Thanks for tacking this way...
Enjoy your youth. You guys seem to have endless energy. Just a fraction of the projects you get yourselves into would kill a guy my age. LOL. I do wish you the best and can't wait to see the amazing interior designed properly.
Agreed. At 30, I completely rebuilt a Cal 36. At 57, I bought a Tartan 34 already completely rebuilt. Can’t imagine doing that rebuild again!
I think he said 10cm
@@ghost307 It's the reason multihull designers and "Cruisers" clash!
Good News! I was a bit worried when nothing turned up on the UMA channel. But I know that you are full of ideas and have the capacity to find solutions. It feels like starting all over again with the first episodes. But now you have tons of experience. It will be really exciting to follow your journey to UMA 2.0.
Awesome episode!!
The return of boat rebuilding it’s just such an amazing segment
And you guys make it very authentic
Cheers
This is awesome! Glad everything got figured out and we get to see another major project. It's like the early days of UMA all over again.
That is a daunting amount of work!! Just do what makes your heart happy and we'll all love watching it!
They are in the prime of their lives. They can buy a new boat at 40.
Yay! We love boat work. Well, we love watching you do boat work. And I am so glad Uma will continue.
I wish you the best of luck with this large project.
Uma Extreme Spring Cleaning!
I learn so much from watching these guys working on their boat- from systems, to trim, to glass. Thanks for sharing! I hope the rebuild goes smoothly.
Watching her struggle with the foams was the height of hilarity.
hard to decide i could say, good luck with your project, I'm convinced that the right thing will come out, and then all this effort will be worth it..👍
Oh, I love your Boat Projects. This will gonna be a fine summer with care for Uma. ❤❤
It'll be awesome to see Uma being born again. We all know you can do it. And you can do it better than anyone else. Be brave! Good winds.
Because it probably wouldn't make business sense. Not even Sailing La Vagabonde can get those kind of discounts...
And I'm not even sure Dan and Kika would want a new boat. They have obviously decided to fix Uma.
Love following you and your adventures, this is going to be exciting.
Good luck!
I know y’all love Uma, but it’s time for an upgrade to Super Uma!
How about "IF" they would BUILD they OWN version of SY Super Uma? 🤟🔥⁉
So glad to see you guys are fixing Uma!
Is that not what they are doing?
After scrolling through the comments it looks like the people who are in favor of the project write their own comment and the people who think that is to much work just leave a vote here. I personally was thinking they would buy a new boat in the med but it was the electric motor swap project that originally brought me to the channel way back years ago and it is the projects that keep me coming back.
I must confess to some selfish pleasure that you will be returning, once again, to your ‘re-building and transforming an old boat’ roots. Best of luck with this new, remarkable adventure. I’m looking forward to it!!
