very nice detailed video thank you, I have lived in a house with 1 of these for about 10 years and it does not seem to be very well liked by my local plumbers.
What's your opinion on this setup?
Issues I have had include, faulty pumps, faulty PCB and faulty temp sensors.
Anything else to watch out for?
My current issue is my boiler is calling for hot water at night it comes on for a couple of minutes, stops for a couple of minutes and then back on again. It stresses me out a bit and sometimes I come down stairs check the pumps and there is normally 1 wiring away so I reboot the systemate and that seems to sort it out. I believe valves can get stuck open which is part of the pump ? maybe i need another new 1.

@@Chris-qn1by I sat and watched mine the other night for about half an hour Iand went into the settings and came to the conclusion it was topping up or heating up the water in the cylinder when it drops below a certain temperature.
The issue is it doesn't just call the boiler and the boiler stays on until that temperature is satisfied. It calls the boiler heats up a bit, calls the boiler again and does this about 10 times until the water temperature is reached.
My radiators also don't get very hot any more. Fed up of it.

@@nothingtoseehere3493 Same issue, I have a system from around 2000, it bugs me it works at night it just a waste of enegy, I like the idea but want more control mine, I'm building my own controler using a rasberry PI to 1) control the temperature it turns on at, 2) controls the temperature it turns off at, 3) switch it off at night.
