  • Little by little, nasty, bitter, unfair things start becoming part of the day-to-day with a narcissist. Those Hijackals are relentless in wearing you down and getting their way, right?
You might pass it off as another "little thing to avoid" to reduce the abuse. WHAT? You're doing things to reduce the abuse rather than set boundaries and making plans to leave? SEE HOW SNEAKY IT ALL IS? Don't miss these ten main "features" of narcissistic abuse!!
    HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS EPISODE:
    - You can get used to being emotionally abused...and, that's not good!
    - Failing to see abuse as abuse is dangerous.
    - Among the top ten forms of frequent emotional abuse
    - 10 (of too many) ways you can subtly get used to being emotionally abused
    * * Remember, narcissists and other toxic people come in all genders and ages * *
and toxic relationships can be at home, at work, at play... with your parent, boss, spouse, sibling, friend, co-worker.

ARE YOU OKAY??. I can't ignore my concern watching you still care sooo much about helping others, even while on oxygen. I know this is a Very public platform and I respect your right not to disclose anything you choose, but I would love a response of how I could say some prayers on your behalf. You are such a a beautiful light in the darkest times I've ever experienced. Thank you❤

Being dismissed all my life has been so prevalent that whenever someone really attends to listening to me, I am absolutely shocked. I end up freezing, unable to speak at all for a few seconds. I've lost the attention of many because of that.

I would just like to mention that here in Spain you can only call the police when they hurt you physically. Threats are not a problem. They can threaten your life and you just have to wait till it actually happens and then you can call. First survive
People are allowed to even stay in your house if they get in. Unless you can prove they are stealing or hurting you the police can't do anything about it. The problem always goes to the one that makes noise. So if I scream out police and there is no actual physical violence or stealing just threats and someone that doesn't want to leave my home under my name I am the problem. You can imagine how easy it is for predators here.

The fresh start keeps repeating itself along with the rage fits. It’s exhausting. I pray for those victims that are more disabled and struggle to shield themselves from this abuse. The real victims not the narcs. The narcs don’t ever get it. It’s a bad deal. Their minds are so deeply programmed to only protect themselves even to the point of hurting all family members or most family members. But thank God the narcissist education is been set on fire and these narcs are being cornered in. I’m so glad! Amen and thank you to all counselors, life coaches, book writers, TH-camrs , pastors, and lawyers, survivors and any others who have contributed teachings and experiences! We can’t ever thank you enough!!
