    Impressed at how you explained the elastomer needing to be softer. Makes sense to me.

    You should make additional softer elastomers as well for the Invicta pedals.

    I get my Invicta Yesteday. I love it and the short travel.

    Got a set of Forte Pedals today very impressed, this option would be good. might have just been me but took a while to get my head around setting them up. would prob have been lost without Boosted Media tbh

    I understand we need to swap elastomer otherwise we will need to push more force to stop.
    But man, I wish I could just “hot swap” these without needing to chance elastomer every time.

    Nice addition! Any chance we can adapt that on the Forte too?

    • @AsetekSimSports
      @AsetekSimSports  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The Forte already got at bit more travel than the Invicta, but if there is enough ask fo it, we will of course look in to it. One easy way to test it out, would be to place a 2-3mm washer between the piston and the elastomer.

      @@AsetekSimSports, PLEASE make a long travel kit for the Forte (and presumably, the upcoming La Prima pedals as well). The lack of adjustability of the Fortes is the single greatest thing that kept me from purchasing them (and had me subsequently looking at VRS and Huesinkveld).

    Please make a long travel kit for the forte pedal set

    • @AsetekSimSports
      @AsetekSimSports  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you want a bit more travel, a quick and easy fix is to put a 2mm spacer under ther elastomer and recalibrate :)

    Asetek desperately needs to offer similar kits for the Forte and upcoming La Prima pedals as well. While the Forte pedals do seem to have a bit more base travel than the Invinctas, it's still comically short compared to the range of adjustability you can get out of other high-end pedals (VRS, Huesinkveld, etc.). I know how André feels about stiff, short-travel brake pedals, but the simple reality is that not all race cars brake the same. Some of us drive historic and vintage race cars, which tend to have comparatively long travel, and it is impossible to use Asetek pedals for serious, realistic practice without a greater degree of user choice and adjustability (which, again, the competitors offer).

    • @AsetekSimSports
      @AsetekSimSports  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We can do that for sure. To enable longer travel on the MLCPC system is so easy though, that we feel bad charging people money for it :) Add a washer under the elastomer, and you have extra travel. But I will bring it forward.

      Would invictas be good or bad for iracing sprint cars?

      @@AsetekSimSports I hate to break it to the SIM racing community but race cars dont have hard/short throw brake pedals. If you watch the foot cam in GT3 for example its very long travel and doesnt take hercules to press it. I know that for sim racing you dont have the g forces etc to help you brake but if you want realism then these super stiff barely moving brake pedals are not it. Formula 1 and LMP are about all that do the stiff/short combo

      Sorry our add ons are not for free. The Invicta ships in the same configuration as it always did. This is an optional add on.
