gnomish mind control is fun :) i used it once in WSG. the enemy was defending with all they had, i was able to control the flag carrier and sprint away. the controled target follows you (identical to a hunter or WL pet). after he was away from his allies, i was able to kill the EFC and return the flag.
The pendulum proc can crit too, based off melee crit. I've had it crit for 650~ Also 29s can't get death-ray, even gnomes. Death ray is BoP and you can't get gnomish engi until lvl 30. You can however get the Shrink Ray and Net because they are BoE

I played vanilla through pandera. Never got a ridiculous drop. I just started playing classic again and in one Ulda run I won the roll for pendulum of doom. I didn’t even know what is was until I looked it up. Made enough gold selling it to grab my epic mount and have plenty left over. Weird.

At some point maybe that quest wasn't lvl 30 required and someone got it, but it's impossible to get on a 29 AFAIK.

If you look at 5:14 there are a lot of fishy UI elements (lack of zone name over minimap, no clock, no character name in the inventory panel), inconsistencies (110 energy) and other doubtful stuff (perfect 0/44300 exp, 3 bottomless bags with one empty slot, starting 200 stack of throwing daggers)

An Item that is only around , around Christmas in AV is the Hard packed snowball , this item is so awesome I wish i had it all the time, it has a knockback that you can use on your faction or other faction , can be used on bosses to interrupt , or knock a player off the bridge which is my favorite thing to do, then blink down and finishing them off , just a really fun and useful item.
I was an arena season 2 Gladiator as a Shockadin and used to LOVE Six Demon Bag because it scaled with spell damage, it used to polymorph people for 30 seconds even in TBC, and I won a number of games that were guaranteed to lose by getting an RNG polymorph or cyclone. It used to hit for 1.5k on average, on top of a 2.5k holy shock and 3.5k judgment you would be guaranteed to kill someone, so all we would do is get someone to 60% hp then I'd pop my burst and my warrior would spam execute, we got to 2.5k rating with that setup, it was awesome :)

PoD takes on Average, 1 month of farming the hard side trogs in Uldaman, you can also get Papal Fez which would also net you some good coin. these items only drop off certain Trogs and 1 type of Golem, go in farm those mobs, leave reset. rinse repeat.
Actually, if you multi-box or have a REALLY good friend, a lvl 19 twink can ghost follow a friend killing timbermaw and get the Defender of the Timbermaw. Broken....
Slower weapon equals higher top end damage (bigger hit). Abilities like mortal strike for warriors, scale with weapon speed. So the slower the weapon the bigger the hit.

Thing is, most Shaman twinks will go for a slow, but hard hitting weapon. To get those huge Windfury hits. Most classes will try to kite a Enhancement shaman, so when you are able to land a hit, you want it to hit hard. Not to mention the moments when you 1shot a guy in cloth. Stormstrike (lvl 40 talent) basicly gives you another meleehit, with the 20% naturedmg thing added. Stormstrike is great if you have a slow weapon, as you get 2 hits at the same time pretty much (auto attack + Stormstrike). Using Stormstrike with a 1.30 speed dagger on the other hand, won't do any dmg at all.
yes that is a guy named rextroy, he was famous for making these unseal build videos.. actually did my 36 warrior like he said in that video , however please note this build is situational due to it's long, long cooldowns from engineering items. it is more for show as it will not work in a regular bg.

7:46 This is wrong, it will not remove frostbolt or any other slow. It only will remove *immobilizing* effects which are frost novas, gnomish net, improved wing clip/hamstring etc. Not quite as good as a freedom.
I swear this dude is leeching content from random places without double checking. Not only this is wrong but you also can't use the Death Ray cuz it has a lvl 30 required for quest to learn gnomish.
WF weapon with this + stormstrike , two quaranteed high damage hits, with high chance of four instant weapon hits with WF weapon plus chances for fatal wounds plus 20% increased nature damage.. Get lucky with the procs plus crits and you delete a lvl 60 leather wearer in one shot with that bad boy.

Pro-tip: Druids may not be able to use potions (in shapeshift form), but they can use on-use equipped items, even weapons (not that there are many of those). So the helm of fire can give feral druids a ranged attack, and god knows they need them. This also means they can use it on the run in travel or swim form, which is pretty interesting.
I bought three pendulum of dooms, 325g, 500g and 800g. I feel sorry for those people being so uninformed and just wanting quick money but hey money is money. So about 1600g spent, kept one and sold the other two for 1.2k each. Nice little profit and endless hours of fun on my twink warrior.
I dunno if you covered it because I'm getting bored of seeing the same things over and over, but LIFESTEALING enchant for 19 twink rogues is absolutely off the hook at a reasonable price. It's healing 40-50 hp about as often as poisons would proc, which in a longish duel/fight is a helluva lot.
most broken in MAGIC DUST.. on pvp server its almost ally exclusive.. rogue FC had a hunter 1v1 slowing me across the map... slept his ass for 30 seconds for the cap..

it was so fun finally dinging 35 on my lock, death ray, net-o-matic, green lens of shadow power, op bandages. was fun when a lvl 55 tried to help his friends getting ganked in arathi. don't mess with a lock, priest, mage combo even if you have 20+ levels on them and you are a hunter.
yes that was a u tuber named Rextroy. He made a shit loads of unusual builds, but keep in mind they are very very expensive to make and also note these don't work in a bg, since most of those items have extremely long cooldowns.
That is my 39 sham. Peechee - Incendius. Complete wreckage with the SP boost to boot. I've had 1 shot windfury procs with it. Excellent alternative to Pendulum, Ravager and The Pummeler if you can deal with the aesthetics.

Been streaming some 39 shaman BGs. My hardest windfury so far was for 2050 damage against a level 60 mage. Highest POD wound hit was for 800 alone Edit: Did you not mention Glacial stone?

It's impossible to get Gnomish Death Ray on a lvl29 twink - the quest for gnomish engineering requires level 30.

Is the 4 attack speed fast or slow? Shouldn't I aim to get a Faster attack speed in order to deliver more hits?

1600-2500 hp on 49 is not even close. Some warriors, paladins will have 3500+hp :)
