    Its a lil late now but next time you need to do the prop...stick marine grease on the shaft so propeller can be removed easier. Trailer wheel bearing marine grease will work and is easily found at automotive shop.

    • @MoneyPitBoating
      @MoneyPitBoating  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Awesome tip! When we break this prop in 3 months, we'll be sure to add the marine grease!

    I just watched a video.... about a repair on a item I will never have... performed with "tools" that are crimes against intended function... And I was thoroughly entertained!!
    Great job guys. I look forward to the next.

    Have you ever sent that river water off to get tested? It would give me peace of mind knowing if the fish are safe, or even just immersion in general. Most states will test your water for free. Your neighbors would appreciate it. Local news would do a story on it and your channel.

    • @MoneyPitBoating
      @MoneyPitBoating  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We have not, but it's probably not safe. We don't trust it! Do you recommend a good testing service?

      @@MoneyPitBoating Check your county/state environment dept or fisheries. You may be surprised how much cleaner waterways have gotten over the last 50/60 years.

    I'm FINALLY able to get mine registered so will have to put my props on for the first time -- you guys are making me nervous, lol. I do wonder how expensive it would be to get a metal one made tho...

    • @MoneyPitBoating
      @MoneyPitBoating  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That's awesome about yours! They do make aluminum props for ours, but we think that it might be worse for the motor because the prop won't break, and more force will hit the actual motor, which would be bad. We don't know if our logic is correct, but it's still ticking!

      @@MoneyPitBoating Salad is not the way my friend, especially if you use a lot of dressing like I used to do. You have to give up most carbs and sugar. Go towards being carnivore if you can. Grass fed meats if you can afford it.
      Eggs, beef, bacon, healthy fats like avocado or Guacamole, and butter. Avoid processed foods and seed oils.
