It does have a hiss from a fan spinning but it isn’t overwhelmingly loud. The HYPERVSN fans, with the CMS, also have glass boxes to place over them to reduce the noise but primarily to protect people and the hardware + it adds to the aesthetic of the fan art! Thank you for your question. 😊
