I just don't get it man. Konami is SO AFRAID to make Ancient Gear good. You can have a negate, but you either have to waste Catapult or waste your normal summon. God forbid they make it a machine dupe target

It can be special summoned with catapult or/and with tanker plus you can use comander's extra normal summon to have it on the field also, so it's not that bad, plus it is searchable by many cards including frame and box and it can be protected by the effect of Duel since it mentions Golem

@@Feedtehhobo I think playing with 3 time tearing morganite will be too much but instead to play one card and use triple tactics to search it would be more smart so we won't have a hand full of morganite but no monsters

Not bad idea but I keep it to 1 the draw and double summon is the best part. Since I'm kinda broke I just use ancient gear drill to search it out.

This card is actually a bit decent, earth Machine Monsters no tribute just summon him, simple.
