He made it look so easy! What a talent he was and so was Ginger Rogers! Wow! I am in awe! The late great King of Pop Michael Jackson admired him so much!! Astaire told MJ that “”You’re a hell of a mover” after Jackson debuted his “Moonwalk” dance at the Motown 25 anniversary appearance. Jackson said it was the greatest compliment he ever received! He went on to say “Man, you really put them on their asses last night” and “ I didn’t want to leave this world without knowing who my descendant was. Thank you Michael!” What a class act! ❤️😎👍🏽
1934! Loved this movie. Fred had natural dance abilities. Ginger danced well in long gowns and high heels. Edward Everett Horton was in this movie too. Big production movie. Enchanting.
The chemistry between these two was unmatched and not many actors at the time could keep up with fred while dancing with him and ginger always matched his energy. 👠🖤🤍🌟
I haven't seen this movie since about 1974. I forgot how fantastic this sequence was. So much more going on than just Fred and Ginger dancing (as if that wasn't enough already).
Swing Time absolutely is my favorite Fred and Ginger film. I actually enjoy The Barkleys Of Broadway as my second favorite -- because they are mature and so familiar together that they seem somewhat looser and closer. 💃🕺
Nice quote, but not true. Ginger’s choreography was simplified in much of their choreography. It’s not a complaint. She brought beauty, grace, elegance, and fine dancing too, but Fred Astaire was the dance genius.
could you add complete full films ? some films I would like to see you add are : night in paradise 1946, little egypt 1951 , mysterious doctor 1943, gallant blade 1948, highwayman 1951, flame of calcutta 1953
Fred and Ginger did not dance that sort of style they did a style that showed off there talent as multi style dancers not just doing a waltz or a quickstep
Fabulous! I never get tired of watching these dance sequences!❤

It is easy if you’re the girl and he’s a good lead

Poetry in dance the likes of which is not seen anymore. These two were sheer magic on their feet! ❤

I think their best film is Swing Time, with Top Hat right behind it
D'accord
Dancing down in Rio... but they were all special

Do people know that Ginger was married to the great , Dr Kildare himself, Lew Ayers
It has been said that Lew was the love her life.
Now, that's entertainment!
Amazing dancers, wonderful singers and wonderful musicians
Marvelous!
Ginger did everything Fred did only Backwards and in High 👠 Heels

Che meraviglia che classe,, solo loro possono fare ciò,, ❤️ Lui Poi delicatezza e gentilezza e rispetto e CLASSE ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks, I needed that!
Stupendi Meravigliosi Bravissimi Artisti Fred Ginger❤❤❤
Treasurable, of course, but try finding a clip that starts with Ginger singing this Academy Award winning song or, better yet, the whole movie!
Elegance and perfection. Mrs. Rosa Larsen
Ginger and Fred danced very well. I bet Ginger’s long dress looked so beautiful even though it is a black and white movie.
Bellissimo Balletto Meraviglioso ❤❤❤
