- Now this was tough! but a very enjoyable pressure washing job, Thank you to Bishop Ridley for trusting me.. Was a satisfying transformation and a great makeover for the playground. Join me on this satisfying but tough clean..

Really well done mate, great thinking to remove as much as the sand as you could before pressure washing, or the sandy slop would have been a nightmare. A lot of work, but amazing result. Loving the use of your vac to help get rid of the sand and mess. Great video dude 👍👍

I thought this was going to take days. Sweeping sand is horrible. You made it look elegant.

Wao it's really awesome work the amount of dust came out even after u cleaned with vaccum and the way u pressure wash all the hidden dirt came out then leaves a neat n clean ground I already watched this rgt after u post now I came again to watch.. intresting this one..thank you for such content

Surprised the teachers dont sweep. I always did, when i was a preschool teacher. It was just part of the clean up at the end of the day. Kids love to take the sand out of the sand box! But, that was over 30 years ago. Who knows what the demands on their time are now, or even if they get any time to clean up after the kids leave?

I wanted to see how the childrens reaction was on a nice clean play area. I can guess myself ofcourse; they don't see it inmidiatly but after a few hours. Am I right? But you did it again; a nice clean job!
The kids didn’t get to see It for over week until they went back to School, hope they were shocked

That is permeable asphalt, it self drains down into substrate underneath and if installed properly never leaves puddles even after the heaviest rains. Power washing it keeps it working as it should and removes the sand that can block it up.

That job looked like a nightmare, removing as much sand as I could would have been my first move as well. The finish was beautiful and ready for more activity.

Hi Ben, wow I see this video was from Sept/2021 no beard & shaved sides on your head, glad you have a light beard & sides are back on the sides of your head...yes this is only my opinion! Now this was a tough one to clean with all that sand, But you did a Excellent Job!!

Always new variables to figure out. The sand might have responded to an industrial type vacuum. You did vacuum some. Why would blocked drains be considered unfixable? At least you were warned you'd have to drain things elsewhere. Glad you did this. It was ready! That was a good smile moment at the end. A nice change.
Cheers for watching Robert, yes like I said I wish I had the attachment to fit on the end of I could of gave it a good vacuum. The teacher Just pre warned saying the drains were blocked and something that wasn’t fussed about fixing for some reason, love a new challenge and this was a fun day 😊

A flat head attachment on the shop vac and you could have just vacuumed up the sand directly!😊

Great idea to remove as much as possible first, that will have saved you a lot of time. Vaccing the sand was a great idea, you need the attachment to vacc flat surfaces :-) Great results as always.
100% Ched the worse thing Is I was going to order but was like surely I’d never use It. (I was wrong)
I would of loved to of seen the result of Just vacuuming the whole surface, the teacher done it last year with a karcher and said he barely removed any sand so he was buzzing when he saw the end result of the clean
@@FlawlessCleaningServices It's probably one of those things that you use once in a blue moon plus remembering that you have it, let alone packing and unpacking it every day!!!! It reminded me of a blocked drive with the sand being washed out. When ever I used to pressure wash my front concrete it was amazing to see how much sand was there but we where only 100 meters from beach so it was expected :-) .
Exactly that, especially when I spread all my gear In different boxes and completely forgot what I own 🤣. Will you be adding pressure washing down the line?
@@FlawlessCleaningServices I'm not decided yet but I am leaning towards purely window cleaning and getting a very small van in spring like a Bipper/Nemo sort of thing. I will wait and see what happens over the winter and spring to see if any customers ask about PW.

one is like an ice cream scoop with a long handle the other is for road gullies
which are larger and a square shape do the same job
but the smaller gullies the smaller ones fit right down
used to do it by hand with long gloves on but health & safety stopped it
due to syringes being dropping into gullies
range from around 60 quid to 160
pays to shop around Ben

it hardens so blocks the water running, easy to move once water is put in though
just need your bucket and Bobs your uncle : )

Thank you for using electric blowers instead of gas. The pollution created by just one of those ran for just 10 minutes is absolutely insane. 🙏🏼
The next aim Is to buy a electric washer that runs at the same power as my machine now, I prefer electric over gas better for myself and the planet

Am going to get into pressure washing. My problem is, I only have a small van ,so I can't fit a petrol pressure washer in . Am looking at electric pressure washers, Am really tempted by the Ava p80. To start up with. Yep I know it will probably take longer, but do you think electric to start up with is OK.
Sand was bad. But love the outros.

All depends on the leads I get Ollie Nov-Feb hardly any pressure washing, i’m doing a lot of roof, gutters and carpets this week I just tend not to film that work at the moment

@@FlawlessCleaningServices pressure washing as main service but all exterior cleaning to start with to get it rolling.. got two little ones aswell mate so always nice to see the family side to it and why you do it all for. No boss in your ear and so satisfying and achieving is the main reason I thought this is something I'd like to do👌🤞
Yeah mate It’s definitely challenging and 24/7 no switching off, but I wouldn’t change It.
