    The impatience point is so true. On reflection, in the past my impatience correlated with how much i hated my body. Felt hard to live in a body I hated so felt like drastic measures and very quick results were needed. But giving up after 4-5 weeks definitely wasn't the answer!

      You there is that saying "You can't hate yourself into change" :-) It all starts with self acceptance and self love! Difficult I know, but oh so important 🙂

    Really hope I can get in the coaching next year. Been missing space every time the other coaching came around. And yes I overthink everything. I just can't anymore...
