- I Made It Just In Time!! Gigantic Stunning $20,000,000 ABANDONED Estate!
On this tour we explore a gigantic 20 million dollar mansion filled with such beautiful architecture, design and details!!
This house was up for sale for 20 million for a couple years then finally dropped down to 15.5 million and after still not selling they tried to do a special auction to see if the house would cause any interest and sell that way.
Now after over 5 years of not selling this beautiful once loved mansion has now been demolished and I'm sure there will be another beautiful and large mansion built in its place!!
********If you have an abandoned location you would like to share with me or want to see me explore in a video for you please email me at bstickland17@hotmail.com and I will give you a shout out for the share in the video and description if you would like that of course!********

I don't understand why someone would just walk away from a beautiful house like this.
I dont get it that so much gets destroyed when Salvage Dawgs will come in and remove things for reuse. There's entirely too much waste in this World 😔
The most beautiful abandoned house ever. Thanks, Brandon.
Damn from the outside this place is massive😮. I watch these videos & wish I were nearby to snag some of the building material from these demolitions
When houses are occupied, the temperature of the structure stays fairly level year round because we run the AC in hot weather, which also removes home-destroying moisture, then heat in the winter. When a structure is subjected to huge temperature changes, as is an unoccupied house, bad things happen, such as paint peeling off or bricks cracking or mildew growing. Even with no maintenance, an occupied home will show signs of of decay at a much slower rate than an unoccupied home.
I looked up on Google translate “Ars Gratia Artis” into English is “art for art sakes “ I know, a little silly if you ask me.
Haha I do agree. Thanks for the message and your support 🤩🧡
Was just getting ready to comment. I love looking things up.
Sounds like a Gem of a deal lol😅😅😅😅😅
I think in the first bathroom they used a piece of antique furniture to put the sink in

I agree with you about the water but I have to have my coffee at 5 o'clock ever morning.
Those ceilings with the wooden beams are called coffered ceilings.
Good Lord 🌻 it's massive 😲 gigantic

This place is awesome! So sad it will be torn down! Cool video bro! ❤️👍🤘
Great job Brandon, it's a magnificent place!ARS GRATIA ARTIS means Art for Art's Sake.

Always sad to know these beautiful houses are about to be erased from existence 😢
I bet they couldn't pay taxes . Unbelievable. Would of loved to see it furnished.
Cant wait to see
An absolutely beautiful home. What a shame it's being demolished
A very beautiful house but it's sad that it is going to be demolished, I simply don't get that part at all, ever!! Some people have more money than brains, I guess.
I love all the wood, the beautiful cabinets in the bathroom, kitchen, and elsewhere, the fireplace, etc. Hopefully all of those items will be salvage, if not the owners are crazy.
I can't get over how beautiful and intricate the ceilings are also. The people who built this had good taste and knew quality and for sure had money.
I always love how you respect everything about the houses you explore even if they are going to be demolished. I always enjoy your great videos, keep them coming!
ARS GRATIA ARTIS means- -art for art's sake
The place is awesome 👍 after a few drinks I'd get lost in that place 😂lol
Incredible house Brandon! WOW, imagine the life once filling this magnificent place. Fabulous find. Enjoy your stories and craftsmanship knowledge. Thank you once again Brandon for bringing us along ❤ Stay safe. cat x
Wow this place is amazing. Such a shame all that beautiful wood will be demolished. Waste. Great explore Brandon! As always you explain everything perfectly 😊😊😊
Excellent explore Brandon. I don't think it had enough bathrooms tho 😂
The woodwork and those detailed ceilings had me awestruck. The home was carefully crafted with the built-ins, which were amazing!
Great job, keep rockin' out the great videos, the channel is doing so great!🎉 🤘🦅
Hello 6'4", I enjoy the virtual tour of that gigantic, beautiful house. Thank you!
Brandon that is a big big Beautiful Beautiful Mansion I love the secret closet in the bathroom the whole inside is Beautiful love it 💙👀💙👍✌️
Oh yeah that ars Gratia artist is Latin it means Art for arts sake which makes sense for all the art on the walls and ceilings
Fantastic find. Fantastic house. I really appreciate the Edwardian/Victorian influences. 🍻 Great Job 👍
That fire place is gorgeous 😍
I like the raw real you!
That house is sick! Thanks for taking us along!
Long day, but I'm here now! Looks massive! Wow
So extravagant
I would love to be able to just walk threw that beautiful . Thanks for sharing . ❤❤ Stay safe love ya
A truism, if you have hedges lining your walkway, you have done well.😊
Sorry I missed the live I will watch and comment
Wow
Wow, the place is huuuuuge, beautiful and very interesting! 👉🏻👽👍🏻🫡
Absolutely gorgeous
What a beautiful house why demolish it other than greed. It’s a case of get rid of one beautiful place and cover the ground with lots of little rabbit hutches as we call the small houses being built here in the uk
Thanks!
THANK YOU FOR THE DONATION 🎉🧡🤩🎉🧡💥🎉🤩🧡🎉🤩💥🤩🎉🧡
Thank you for those beautiful explore! Those ceilings are gorgeous! Some strange things done but really nice! I like your style! Stay safe!
Positively stunning architecture 😯 Thank you so much for sharing this exploration!!
Amazing find. Beautiful property.
My heart just cries for this house. It was created with attention to detail and beauty, but now it would seem that someone doesn't want it anymore so it is being thrown away. I think that is criminal for something so beautiful.
Awesome thank you
Hello, my favorite explorer. What a beautiful place. One wing for the wife, one wing for the husband, one wing for the children and one for the guest. Thanks for the video, Brandon. As always, be safe and be careful. See you in the next explore.
This place is Epic B- thanks for sharing
Great Explore!
Brandon Abandoned thanks for sharing this video with me it was a waonderful to watch this house was hugh and God Bless and thanks again.
Brandon, the Abacus was believed to be invented by the Chinese and said to be the first known calculator. Breaks my heart knowing that beautiful home is to be destroyed.
Would it be New York abandoned apartments? That would be so kwl.
Wow.It is a beautiful house. Thanks for the video
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Amazing!
brandon what a wonderful explore such a master piece such a shame to see something so beautiful getting demolished like this video very much mate thanks for sharing a beautiful piece of once history never to be seen again.
Loved it.thank you
Great explore! I really enjoy you Brandon 😊
WOW. Just wow. You are correct all those white bricks in that bathroom were sharp and very expensive to put in. Awesome tour Brandon. Thanks for looking out for us on that patio balcony.😊😊
Nice work Brandon. Huge house. I would love to see their tax bill. Must have been a beauty and maybe that is why they
left. Tax on $20,000.000 has to be a fortune. Good work on your part. Stay safe and well.
P.S. Why do you call him Static? His name is James. Can’t wait to see his version.👍🆒
I LOOOVE this property! WOW! I feel like I wld be happy just living in the little "maid's spot". I wld need a map for the rest of the place though!! 😂😂 it is a little strange that the outside, brick portion of the house looks almost brand new. Then you go inside and see all the water damage and stuff. Seems like they wld have done something about it sooner! It also seems like there are still so many things there there should (and hopefully WILL) be salvaged b4 it gets ripped down. Like the woodwork, closets, vanities/sinks, doors etc....You just always seem to find the coolest stuff Brandon! Guess that's why you are always my fave fella! ❤❤ Thanks for sharing another beautiful property (and of course illustrating what wasteful turds we are😂). I hope you keep finding them!! ❤❤❤
Wait!! Hold the phone!! NY??! Better come to WNY then! 😊
It's not static it's a ghost 😮
#563 Wow what a nice place.
"ARS GRATIA ARTIS" is Latin for "Art for Arts Sake".
Great exploration
Loving the videos. See you soon
Idkw but that hallway reminds me of the one in the mansion of the first resident evil game, the one where the dogs come crashing through the window.
It probably couldn't sell, so some brokers got together and bought it to build something.. something
It say art for art's sake
Beautiful but Sad
Greed is what Built this house! Look how close it is to the palace next door. It was beautiful land once before they killed most of the trees. What a shame, might as well be a housing development now. What a waste!
At about 9:32 (the solarium ?) what are the squares inside of the coffered ceiling? Is it recessed lights or speakers?
a room fitted with extensive areas of glass to admit sunlight was I wrong haha. And I'm not sure I don't think they were for speakers.
The latin phrase is "art for art's sake". And where the one windows/door and the black door could very well be a place for "indoor" plants (I can't remember the name).
Did you notice that big water tank is/was leaking?
ARS GRATIA ARTIS = art for art's sake
What is the story on it .?
Just wouldn't sell and now it's gone.
Love it men but what a wasre ove $$$
it's a movie room
What's going on the owner
BTW ...
Don't know if you're a Paranormal believer but you definitely had whispers more than once during your walk through ... 👻
People spend their hard earned money to build these mansions only not to have it later . Whether deceased or bankruptcy etc it's all quite sad.😢
Drake's Manson's beside him are going to be demolished
Big, yep...but not my cup of tea in any way. One or two things "iffy" but ok.
We are a wasteful nation
What a stunning house, with all these gorgeous details.
The vanity at the beginning of the video is just wow. I hope some things are saved from being torn down. It's so sad that this beauty is being torn down, at least some things should be saved beforehand.
It's really strange that there is no pool in this huge house, maybe there used to be a pool under the dance floor. From the pictures it reminded me more of a room with a pool, so my guess was that it was converted into a huge party room at some point.
Thank you so much for this incredibly fantastic tour of this huge and absolutely gorgeous property, Brandon. ❤️🤍
It's always heartbreaking and unbelievable that houses like this are torn down. 😢
