I like this one's footprint and layout, the glass block at the entrance and those bay windows in the two bedrooms, never seen em in a bedroom before, very ingenious. Nice kitchen cabinets. Those crazy light fixtures on the wall at the ceiling are hideous looking though. Thanks for the tour Greg! 👍🤠 Notes: 17:09 I'm not sure what the platform off to the left is, at first I thougt it was the base of the stairs. 18:37 Rice and water, long since dissolved is my guess. 19:27 I don't like this bathroom, it wont be missed here. 24:17 Teeny bopper scribbles, one says "Talia tooloo cranky pants was here." 34:17 Is a cool painting, was it real or a print? Hey John! I really like this one too, I think the house was pretty neat. Glass blocks at the front door were definitely a nice renovation idea. Definitely a cool place. I believe that painting in the basement was real. I'll pin this up so everyone can enjoy your points!!
Hey Lisa! I totally agree with you. They have character and they just don't build things to last anymore! Thank you so much for watching and commenting
Hey debra! It's a great spot that definitely could be repurposed easily for a second life. It deserves that for sure!! Thank you for watching and commenting. I hope you will watch more of my content!
At 6:00 you can see the old milk delivery box on the wall to the left. 11:00 No, the fixtures weren't cut in half. LOL Those are actually wall sconces, but they mounted them on the ceiling, likely for more of a "mood" lighting type of feel. I love seeing upgrades done right, and excavating the basement walls to increase the size of the basement and footing, is done right! What an interesting house!
Hey Lynn!! Thank you for watching this one I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yes that delivery box was still there in a good indication of the age of the place i think. I didn't think those lights could be well sconces that might be a good point lol. Sometimes you just think of things when you filming it's hard to think logically lol thank you very much for watching again and leaving a comment
Hey Kiara! I love all these features and I think they make for a great home, I'm glad you agree as well! I'm glad you found the video thank you for your comments!!
This video was the gift that keeps on giving I guess then lol. I'm glad you enjoyed this place it was a really cool one to do! Thanks for being there as always Tommy!
None of the “random stuff” has dust, no cobwebs in house. No cobwebs in corners, near ceiling or on window sills. That is very unusual, to say the least. It is a beautiful house, and it’s overall condition is astounding. And then there is the grungy kitchen. 😊 Stunning interior.
Hey Laurie, I do find it weird it wasn't very dirty, but you know, after doing enough of these places, nothing is completely unordinary anymore. I forget how long I said it was empty for in the video now.. It is a great home, with some minor issues.. And the kitchen!! LOL thank you for the comment on this one :)
Hey Angela! I agree, not every place is lucky enough to have great floors like that. I hope you enjoyed the video, thank you for watching and commenting. Hopefully I'll see you in another videos comments
The owners undoubtedly got themselves into a financial jam. Once the attorneys and tax men cometh......you're done. They don't care about your hardships. An absolute gem of a home
Isles of Shoals, very possible scenario. Definitely have seen it happen before. And you're right they do not care. Unfortunate situation to be in. Thank you so much for watching and commenting, I hope you watch some more of my stuff
Hey Wilburnator! You know a couple people have said that now. I drew the assumption they were at it on because of where the milk door is. You may very well be right though. Thank you very much for watching and commenting and I hope you'll check out some more of my stuff!
Awesome explore as always brother! Very nice house with a lot of cool updates. I like the design of the outside front. Love that stone on the fireplace, it would’ve been better if they finished it. The pine cabinets in the kitchen are awesome. First time I’ve ever seen a skylight in the basement that was pretty cool. This place is huge.
Hey dude! Thank you for watching this one with us it was nice to have you there. I agree the house was cool with the updates and that basement Skylight was pretty awesome
Very enjoyable video. That house was way bigger than it looked and has some very nice characteristics. It would be nice to find out that they decided to renovate it instead of tearing it down. 🙂
Hey Carol! Thank you for joining us tonight and I'm glad that you enjoyed the video. The place was unique I thought and it definitely had some cool characteristics to it. It would be nice if it could be reused but you know how this world is
Hey Carla! I'm glad you watched it and enjoyed it! Definitely need some TLC and could be saved but unfortunately you know what's going to happen. Thank you so much and hopefully I'll talk to you again soon!
Hey Diana! It is a great house right?! Thank you so much for watching it I'm glad to hear that you loved it. Thanks for commenting and I hope I'll hear from you again!!
You need to do some research into houses built in the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s. They can be very modern looking and interesting. Our house was built in 1912 with a second story added in 1934. I love it.
Hey Nancy. I'm pretty busy as it is, I'm learning as I go. Every time somebody corrects me I learn :) what style of house is yours? Thank you for watching and commenting!!
Beautiful!…. And Yes fan of The glass blocks!… But, then again I’m 53 years old from 1971… I partied from 1985-1990 The best years EVER!… Lovin’ your Work and Channel… 🥰🏡❤
hey Beachbunnieez! The blocks are great, I love them, most do. Maybe it's because we grew up with them, maybe they're just cool! Thank you for watching and commenting, I hope you'll be back for more!
Oooo! I would love to try to find the people who left it and return the art work. I am about to turn 49 and still remember poetry that I wrote that got left behind accidentally in moves. 😢
Hey Kiara! That would be amazing of you to go through that effort. Shows you're a good person! I'm sorry that you lost that poetry and it's no longer in your hands. I can understand that. Thank you for taking time to watch my video and comment and I hope you'll check out some more of my stuff!!
Hey Nancy! It is a pretty cool place, I'm sure it would make for a beautiful home if it was cleaned up nicely. Thank you so much for checking it out and leaving your comment, I hope you'll watch some more of my stuff!!
Hey Lou! I'm glad you saw this one and enjoyed it. This definitely was a very cool home that I was very happy to do. Thank you so much for watching and commenting and I hope you watch some more
Pretty awesome explore Greg. Lots of nice details but definitely in need of some TLC. You need to figure out some tricks to boost your viewership. With the content you're putting out you should have way more subscribers. As always, thanks for the tour.
Hey Liz! Thank you very much for watching and I think you're right about this place, little TLC and it could be a good home still. I've been trying to figure that out for years, it's always been a fight for me lol. But slowly but surely I'm getting there. I really appreciate you saying that and your viewership, thank you for that
@@UncappedFilms I think there are actually TH-cam channels that give you tips on how to boost your viewership. Maybe you could take one of your best explores and pay a fee to have it pushed out in the Algorithm. Not sure if that possibility exists.. All it takes is one viral video to have a channel explode. Wishing for the best for you. You're very thorough and your commentary is never annoying or offensive.
The original dining room had the built-in China hutch. The room off the family dining room is the family room. It looks like it was renovated without a plan.
Hey Susan! Those are some good observations actually. Looks like the renovation just added size rather than anything else. Thank you very much for watching and leaving your comment! I hope to hear from you again
Hey Cindy! Thank you so much for checking this one out, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Houses with lots of natural light are amazing, and this one was no exception. Glass blocks are a really cool feature that should make a comeback at some point I think. I'm glad you enjoyed this one, I hope you check out more of my stuff!
Uncapped!! Great explore, such a nice home😊 That yard was probably something else in it's time, especially with that Instagram swing😂 As always, great video, great bunch of chatters.. Folks who don't watch yet are missing out! Thank you again for the tour, you keep rockin' out the goodies 🤘🦅
Thank you so much SMIPA for being there! You're a special part of this group now. Did I actually say Instagram swing???!! I agree people that don't watch our missing out! We are the good group here
Ubsidedown wall sconces in that add on. 😛 Sooo many beautiful plants__hostas, weeping cherry tree, bluebells, white bleeding hearts, shade trees, etc.__I'll take that backyard any day! 💖🙌😺
Hey Debra, haha they may have been a special add on yes.. I see you know your plants! This place had a bit of everything, you know who lived there cared about the gardens at one point! The yard is a beauty!! Thank you for watching this and commenting Debra, I hope you'll come back for some more!
Hey Pamela, that makes me really happy to hear that you like this home! It was a really cool place to check out, thank you so much for watching and commenting!
I love this. This is an amazing home. I would love to have it and update some of it. I hope that someone saves it. I wish that l could afford this beautiful home 🌹🌹👍👍💯💯
Hey Crystal! I'm really glad to hear that you enjoyed this house, it was a really cool place to visit. I totally share the same thoughts as you I wish it could be saved. Thank you so much for watching and commenting and I hope you'll check out some more of my videos!!
Welllll!! Thank you very much. I really appreciate hearing that. I'm glad that you enjoyed the video, it's really nice to hear from people that truly appreciate the content. Thank you so much and I hope I hear from you a lot more!
Something could have happened to the family during the covid 2020 prademic, I could imagine since the calendar on the fridge was dated 2020. A family member or love one might have needed them in other part of the world. The house definitely has great bones to update and redo diy!!
Hey Anne!! You have a very good point. Definitely could have had something to do with that point in time. It definitely is a house that could be saved if somebody wanted. Sadly you know how that goes. Thanks so much for watching and commenting and I hope you'll watching another one of my videos!
Hey Trina! The hardwood floors were absolutely beautiful here, I loved everything about that foyer too. Place really is rather perfect it's too bad that it's going to get torn down. You're going to hate this character I created called the brown bomber lol unfortunately I show everything even smelly fridges. People love it lol. Thank you very much for watching a comments and I hope you'll check out some more of my videos
HEY LDD! I'm glad you enjoyed the video and that you spotted those! I should have opened one up. Thanks for watching and commenting, I appreciate it as always!
Very interesting house, a combination of old and new, they had a huge property which I know will obviously be developed with a bunch of townhouses. The upstairs was lovely, and the kitchen view to the backyard was my favorite. It’s always a shame when the property that’s large gets sold, but I guess money really talks. Great video as always Greg, keep it up and I hope you reach your goal of 5000 subscribers very soon
Hey Kathi! Thank you for watching this. I hope you're right and I hit that goal soon. It is definitely a combination of old and new new, pretty nicely done for the most part I think. Money always talks! Thank you for watching as always!!
Really great house!! Alot of times when someone dies, the house goes into escrow if theyre no will. So after so long the court gives the family time to see if they can workout what to do with it. Then the court decides. Usually to sell it then the family splits the money!! I'd love to have this one!!!!
Hey dove! You're right A lot of times that is how these places end up being available or forgotten about. A lot of people really like this house, it is a great place. Thank you for watching it and leaving your comment! I hope you watch some more
In the 1960's, our family physician had his practice downstairs of his home with those glass blocks in the entry way. I remember telling my mom they looked like ice cubes!😊
Hey Susan! Thank you for checking out the video, it's neat when things like this remind you of your childhood isn't it? Thank you so much for watching and commenting and I hope you'll check out another one of if my videos
@13:42 I had been thinking there was an Asian flavor to much of the layout, including Zen room, the provencal tiles in kitchen, even the sconces on ceiling. The red scroll on refrigerator might be a wedding decoration. I can’t tell the language of the writing. The mural also has an Asian or Middle Earth feeling.
Hey Laurie, you're right. It does have that feel. I can tell you the banner was chinese, so most likely that is the heritage of the people that lived here. Thanks for watching this one too and commenting!!
Hey Linette! I totally agree with you. I love big yards like that! And it's a cool house. Thank you for watching and commenting!! I hope you'll check out some more content!
My home was built in 1949. Homes of this era are vastly underappreciated.....the quality of materials and structure, the thoughtful, intelligently functional custom nature of millwork and cabinetry, the efficient use of space and the spacious Ness are all hallmarks of this era. Those glass blocks are original to the time the house was built. The inner door with the fake stained glass is not original to the house.....most of the originality of the home is lost.
Hey pyrexmaniac! I think homes from this era are quite cool and really are built to last.. I agree with everything you said... For some reason though, I was not aware that glass blocks had been popular in various eras of time, i just assumed that was a modernization later on! Thank you so much for watching this video and commenting, I hope you'll be back for more!
Hey Thelma! I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed this one, I enjoyed filming it for you, it was a great adventure. I also appreciate the comments so I hope you'll check out another video and comment again!!
Glass block walls were found in 1940's-1950's homes, I'm going to guess that the upstairs area separated by the door is a mother-in-law suite. The tiny animal print on the basement window made me smile.
Hey Deanna! I think you might be right about the mother-in-law suite! That is true about the glass box but in this case they would have blocked the milk delivery, so I think these are from the '80s in this case. Thank you so much for watching and commenting I really do appreciate it and I hope to hear from you again!
Hey Kelly! It is a great spot right?? It's a shame nobody is there anymore.. Apparently it will be torn down if you can believe that! Thank you for watching and commenting, I hope you'll check out some more of my videos!
I love the glass blocks, some people thinks it's vintage or nerdy but depending how you use them I think it can be very cool. Meanwhile the two way fireplace is a big miss, it doesn't do anything to the newer sun room part, and fireplace might be pretty but it's also not very heat efficient, I'm just saying
Hey Lucio! The glass blocks are great, I think they're sorta vintage personally, but they definitely are cool if used tastefully! Not a fan of the fireplace eh? You make some valid points though, can't argue with that.. Thank you for watching and commenting, I hope you'll check out some more of my videos!
I love the glass bricks too. I have decided that when it comes to my home? I won't care what is popular or trendy, or what anyone thinks. Glass bricks are so smart! Lets light in and preserves privacy. I think they're beautiful. I always thought they would be neat to make a wall separating a master bedroom from a master bathroom. Love that it's in the entry way here. Makes it so inviting.
Hey Teri! Thank you for watching this one and commenting. I I'm very happy to hear you enjoyed it. Somebody split level homes have ridiculous basements. Imagine if it was a bigger house lol
Scrappers have been in there, the lights that were cut off,the missing oven tacks, missing stove racks ,some things in upstairs bath....and so on. Idk about them renting the downstairs though, probably had part of the family living down there. Its could be fixed up nice. I think the two desks were in an office especially after seeing the boxes of stuff, you said coffee?? I bet someone was working from home. Thank you 😊
Hey Rakamas! Yes I think you're right, I never thought of them taking oven and stove racks before! Good catch, I'll have to remember that in the future. This place definitely could be fixed up very nice still! I think somebody was working from home as well.. not sure if the got the business off the ground fully or not though... Thank you so much for watching and commenting! I hope you'll watch some more of my videos!
Hey Doris! It is a little confusing. I would love to know the actual story. Thank you very much for watching and commenting! I hope you'll watch some more
Thanks, this was a good one. I love that yard and the glass blocks. I wonder how that poor caterpillar ended up in the closet?🐛 Thanks for showing all of the details.
Hey she elf Johnson! The yard was nice and big wasn't it? And the blocks seem to be a favorite here for the most part. It's a mystery regarding that caterpillar. I was surprised when I saw it lol thank you so much for watching and commenting and I hope you'll check out some more of my videos!
can tell its old there is the old milk door, nice looking place, weirdly set up basement but if it works lol. the back yard with the trellis type set up thingy i bet it had flowers /vine grown on it at one time.
hey sparks! Yeah, the old milk door is a big date giveaway, crazy how times have changed.. i bet you're right about that trellis! i'm glad you saw this one! thanks!!
I loved the house. The area in the basement is what they call a mother in laws apartment. All the electrical stuff you saw is because the Japanese are very technical and artistic. I would love to get ahold of this house.
Hey Laurie!! i'm happy to hear you enjoyed this place, you're right that is a mother in laws apartment, I always forget what they're called! Thank you for watching and commenting, hope you'll be back!
@@UncappedFilms that's a home office with the wardrobe turned into storage for files and documents and it has a bathroom attached so you don't have to leave the office to go to the bathroom .
Beautiful home, I love sunrooms in houses like this. The glass blocks are cool, just not good for insulation. We have those glass blocks installed on our house too and they need to be replaced with a regular window. The dining area is beautiful with the painting on the wall, a very cozy area. Beautiful house and a fantastic exploration, Greg. 👍👌 Thank you 😊
Hey Andrea! I also love that dining area it's very nice! I didn't know the glass box were terrible for insulation. Interesting! I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed this one, I always appreciate you watching and commenting!! Have a great day
Love the mirrors around the fireplace, let’s see the kitchen, love the floors.I want the house, where is it, want to see the master bedroom and bathroom!
Hey lovely morning! Yes I'm in Canada, so that may be a bit of a drive for you lol. Thank you very much for watching this one I really appreciate it, I hope you check out some more of my stuff!
Hey sarz beth, it's a pretty cool house right?? Would it be big enough for all your stuff?? Maybe one day you'll have a place like this one! Thank you for watching and commenting, I hope you'll watch more of my stuff!
What The Hell....Pringles won't be in a tin anymore😮 a big BOOOOO to pringles then! I'm loving this house. the backyard is gorgeous....love all the tall trees thanks for the tour
Hey Jules, yeah I heard that around the time I filmed the video, very strange right?? Who wants pringles in a bag lol Thank you for watching and commenting, I hope to hear from you again!
Hey High Five, I totally agree with you, it could and should be saved but sadly won't be because they're going to tear it down.. Thank you for watching and commenting, I hope you'll be back for more!
Hi Melissa!! I'm very glad to hear that you enjoyed this house, I also enjoyed it and I totally agree with you that a family should be living there instead of it sitting and waiting for demolition! Thank you so much for watching and commenting and I hope you'll be back for another one!!
Wow just look at the front of the house 😍 Nice yard. Swing is nice hanging there . liking all the trees . nice entryway. The glass block gives it some privacy I like it. Nice floors. Like the fireplace not to big fan of the mirror tho. Liking the windows and some light fixtures. The crown molding is nice 😍 Liking those doors and that sunroom ❤ wow lets in all the light coming in. Neighbor to close on the side Decent kitchen at least it has a sink facing outback . Liking the painted murals. Look at that bathroom😮 I like it. Love that bay window with a ledge to sit in it. Liking the basement areas. Well Greg another good. Explore 👍 Think I'm all caught up now. Ill make sure tho ✌
Hey Catherine! I think you ARE caught up, congratulations, that was quite a run!! I love the swing at this house. It was actually nice to use! And that glass block thing, i think everybody has pointed that out, it is pretty great right?? I love houses with lots of light coming in, this one is no exception, even post reno!! Thank you so much for watching all of these, i appreciate it so much! You must join the next premiere!
Hey Debra!! That is an awesome accident I think! I'm glad you found me and I'm really happy to hear you enjoyed the video. I hope you'll join us for a premiere Thurs! Thank you so much for finding me and taking the time to watch and comment!!
Hey Karan!! you're absolutely right about that! They don't make anything like they used to anymore.. and everything also lacks character now too! Thank you so much for watching and commenting!
I actually like the eight style of the house better than the modern style. The products were built alot better. They took pride in the design of the wood and other things.
Hey pineridge Forest products, you're right they are called sconces. Normally I would call a light like that a sconce, but I actually thought these were cut in half and placed along the roof line lol.
There is a lot that could be done with certain features already in the property , Keep the front foyer and put some house plants there . The room leading off the current kitchen could turned into a garden room and the current kitchen and dinning areas could be adapted into a entertainment area . The big room at the front could be used as formal living room for guests the room leading off into the house could be used as a study or children play room with sliding doors in the wall . The sunroom and office could be turned into a kitchen and large pantry. The area by the back door could be adapted into a washing and drying area with a screen door between the main house and washing and drying area with extra storage .
Hey Leigh! Thank you for watching and commenting! I believe you have a bunch of great ideas that could be used to repurpose this house and give it a second lease on life. They should consult you on what to do next! Thank you so much for watching, I hope you'll watch more of my stuff!
Hey Janis! Thank you for watching and leaving the comment. Those fans look like they were pretty common in that era! Thank you for taking the time to comment!
Hey Beth from Jersey! Thank you very much for your comment I am glad that you found me. I think you'll enjoy coming to one of my premiers which are on Thursday nights at 7PM EST! I hope you'll watch some of my other videos in the meantime!! Thank you for finding me I'm happy you're here
Hey Irishheart, I've become a fan of them after seeing them so much. They've grown on me. But I'm a big fan of crown molding!! I'll always point that out. Thank you so much for watching and commenting!!

Hey dianna!! I love the yard and the glass blocks as well.... It seems they were popular in a couple different eras, i love it! Thank you so much for watching this one, glad you enjoyed it, and I hope you 'll be back to comment on more of my videos!

I loved your video. I’m a new subscriber and look forward to more uploads. I wonder why they left and why it wasn’t sold. It looks like it was across from a school.
Hey there Karen! Thank you for subscribing and welcome aboard. Hopefully you can join us for the premiere tonight at 7:00 p.m. EST! Im not sure why they left, could be the mold or it could have been they were offered a good sum of money. Thank you so much for watching I really appreciate it

This is a very unusual house. I enjoyed the tour, not so interested in the stuff left behind. I prefer to focus on the architectural features. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous!
Hey Gina! I agree it is a strange place, which adds to then coolness of it. Luckily I'm not one to dig very much, I love covering the features of the home myself. Thank you for watching and commenting Gina, I hope you'll check some more of my stuff

Hey willow breeze! I'm not sure, that is a very good question. I'm not sure what the reason for abandonment was. They could have been just bought out too. Thank you very much for watching and commenting and I hope to hear from you again!

Isles of Shoals, very possible scenario. Definitely have seen it happen before. And you're right they do not care. Unfortunate situation to be in. Thank you so much for watching and commenting, I hope you watch some more of my stuff
Omg! They even have a bay window! French doors, glass brick, reading nook and bay window is on my dream list for my home!
Hey Kiara! Yes this place has all the features! It's like a dream come true isn't it
I would say the glass block entry was more likely original. They are more art deco than 1980s. The milk door on the right is pretty cool
It would be nice if it could be reused but you know how this world is
This place is awesome, just need’s some TLC! All kind’s of potential! Cool video G! ❤️👍🤘
Hey Carla! I'm glad you watched it and enjoyed it! Definitely need some TLC and could be saved but unfortunately you know what's going to happen. Thank you so much and hopefully I'll talk to you again soon!
Wow what a backyard beautiful
Hey Cat!! It is an absolutely beautiful big backyard isn't it?? Thank you so much for watching and leaving a comment!
Love the house!! That would be my dream home.❤
42:36 probably one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen
Yes it really is pretty cool right?! Thank you for watching this I really appreciate it
Love the glass blocks, I would love to have this house!
Hey Lin Daniel, I'm with you, the glass blocks are awesome.. It would make for a great home still!
Thank you for taking time to watch my video and comment and I hope you'll check out some more of my stuff!!
what a cool house I would love to see it all cleaned up.
Hey Nancy! It is a pretty cool place, I'm sure it would make for a beautiful home if it was cleaned up nicely. Thank you so much for checking it out and leaving your comment, I hope you'll watch some more of my stuff!!
This is so beautiful!
Maybe stop looking inside the toilets?
The original dining room had the built-in China hutch. The room off the family dining room is the family room. It looks like it was renovated without a plan.
Hey Susan! Those are some good observations actually. Looks like the renovation just added size rather than anything else. Thank you very much for watching and leaving your comment! I hope to hear from you again
What a beautiful yard. & home. Great place. I love glass blocks they let in so much light!
Uncapped!! Great explore, such a nice home😊
That yard was probably something else in it's time, especially with that Instagram swing😂
As always, great video, great bunch of chatters..
We are the good group here
@@UncappedFilms Glad to be here!!
And no, I don't think you said Instagram swing 🤣🤣 It just looked like one to me 🤣
Already liking this place! As always looking forward to the explore!
Thank you sir! I think you'll find this one interesting
This is James Barrow this house can be saved
Hey James!! I believe you are right,it could be saved.. I don't believe the mold is too far gone yet. Thank you for watching and commenting!
Ubsidedown wall sconces in that add on. 😛
Sooo many beautiful plants__hostas, weeping cherry tree, bluebells, white bleeding hearts, shade trees, etc.__I'll take that backyard any day! 💖🙌😺
Hey Debra, haha they may have been a special add on yes.. I see you know your plants! This place had a bit of everything, you know who lived there cared about the gardens at one point! The yard is a beauty!! Thank you for watching this and commenting Debra, I hope you'll come back for some more!
Great find! This house has alot of potential. I really liked this home.
I love all the pine and the shapes of the cabinets so much cozier than 2024 office building looking kitchens.love this place!
Hey dianna, totally agree! this place has a lot of great features!!
Nicely filmed as usual! I love your appreciation of the places you show us
8:41 love the hardwood floors & the front entrance & foyer was lovely. Love the backyard ❤ 37:37 we don’t need to see the pee
The Hot Rod Magazines were the best thing left behind. Keep exploring Greg and always, be safe!
This place is awesome. Nice yards. I could live in this house.
The little window tucked away in that corner would be a neat reading nook. I love this house!
Hey Kiara! That would be a great little reading nook you're right. I love little spots like that....that's what makes a home!
I Enjoyed this One BEAUTIFUL Home!!❤
I am thinking downstairs bedroom was guest room and family bedrooms upstairs and in basement.
Really interesting. I’d like to know some of its history.
What a great home I love it 😊 I would live there in a heartbeat hopefully it can be sold
Hey Kelly! It is a great spot right?? It's a shame nobody is there anymore.. Apparently it will be torn down if you can believe that! Thank you for watching and commenting, I hope you'll check out some more of my videos!
Love those old vent fans. They are the best.
Yes they don't make them like they used to, right?
Great explore as always ....the basement was amazing ...I would have literally got lost down there 😂
Hey Teri! Thank you for watching this one and commenting. I I'm very happy to hear you enjoyed it. Somebody split level homes have ridiculous basements. Imagine if it was a bigger house lol
Id love to own this place
Hey alexis! Thank you for watching and commenting, this would make a great home I agree. Too bad nobody can have this one now :(
Scrappers have been in there, the lights that were cut off,the missing oven tacks, missing stove racks ,some things in upstairs bath....and so on.
Gorgeous house
Hey Patty! I'm glad you watched this and enjoyed the house! I hope you'll watch some more of my videos.. What was your favorite part of the home?
Beautiful House, don’t understand why would they let it go..
I was surprised when I saw it lol thank you so much for watching and commenting and I hope you'll check out some more of my videos!
can tell its old there is the old milk door, nice looking place, weirdly set up basement but if it works lol. the back yard with the trellis type set up thingy i bet it had flowers /vine grown on it at one time.
hey sparks! Yeah, the old milk door is a big date giveaway, crazy how times have changed.. i bet you're right about that trellis! i'm glad you saw this one! thanks!!
I sure would have loved to see how she decorated it.
It probably was beautiful Stuart! Thank you!

Hey Wanda, glass blocks are always amazing aren't they?! Thank you for watching and commenting

Great explore. Thanks for sharing it. 👍
Hey Jules! Thank you very much for watching and leaving a comment I appreciate it! I'm glad you enjoyed the Explore!
I actually like the eight style of the house better than the modern style. The products were built alot better. They took pride in the design of the wood and other things.
Hey Connie! Thank you for watching this one and commenting. I tend to fully agree with you, and nothing is made like it used to be... especially now
I love glass block made into the house. I would love to have a sun room with the walls made of glass blocks.
Hey Connie!! That's actually a very awesome idea.
Great idea I hope you don't mind if I use it
Those light fixtures are called Sconces and are supposed to look as they are.
Hey pineridge Forest products, you're right they are called sconces. Normally I would call a light like that a sconce, but I actually thought these were cut in half and placed along the roof line lol.
There is a lot that could be done with certain features already in the property ,
Keep the front foyer and put some house plants there .
We have an exhaust fan like that in our house. 50's.

Why wasn't this house sold on tax foreclosure? If abandoned then no one would be paying the tax bill.
Hey willow breeze! I'm not sure, that is a very good question. I'm not sure what the reason for abandonment was. They could have been just bought out too. Thank you very much for watching and commenting and I hope to hear from you again!
