What a beautiful house, with all the stuff that was left it behind it give the impression they left in a hurry! That fridge ooooff lol That high tech shower is very pricey. The Starbucks clear 24oz plastic cup in the kitchen area is a design from within the last 6+/- years and is still being sold. Lots of Hangers, I like the wooden ones. Very nice four post bed. The Gatorade bottle would have gave a good date. The second fridge eeek lol. That one short wall with orange in a place that's all gray tones. Dang the wall is actually falling away from the structure. That clothing was for Dirty Bike and not cheap either. Great & Pleasant explore for Sunday. Have an awesome week & Keep Orange Crushing It!

as a coin collector, I was fascinated by the coins. Thieves may not have seen them in their hurry or thought they were keys. Quite a find.

Very nice place. That house is beautiful and that modern shower is awesome. They left a lot of cool stuff behind, like the motorcycle gear, sports cards, their daughters, scrapbooks, and travel books. Did land developers buy this place too?

Dang, what a great explore Brandon! Tons of goodies with your fingers in everything! That trailer held mostly dirt bike related stuff, if all those two stroke cylinders were new as they appeared to be, that's worth a good chunk of change!
Maybe do a revisit one day just to see to how much vanishes.

The Hockey cards are not worth anything. I seen only two earlier cards that have a remote chance at value but they were common players. They call cards from the early nineties Junk Wax. They made millions of those cards.
That was a super bathroom, stained glass window and wall tile. I've only once seen a similar tub/shower and it was in a house where the people were livin'. Large.

Stone surround in the big room of the house is for an aquarium or big screen TV. The Suit is for Dressage (competition riding)
Brandon what a amazing find so much stuff left behind that first room you thought was a fire place I believe it was at one time the white stones left behind on the insert belong to an ethanol fire and it looked like the insert was all lined to protect the walls .it looks like it was in business for years by all the stuff that was left behind shame the personal stuff left like the cross stitch pictures pictures you would think they would want to keep them definitely lots of valuable horse riding things left which could have been sold maybe they had to leave in a rush i was expecting a safe when you showed that funny key in the key box and sure enough you found it but someone had got there before you what a great video thanks for sharing this fantastic place.
Some times I think..dont take anything..sometimes I think..take some stuff..if you don't the next person will..but theft is theft no matter.

I love the glass in the door with the bevelled edges because they've stopped doing that's unless you go bespoke and obviously spend more money 💰
That sharp tool you mentioned at the beginning about being careful. I was wondering if it was a tool to have the horses hooves. I don't know about horses, but we had cows and pigs.

The little Rocking horse is something I've seen alot. It is usually repainted to fit the decor of the children's room.

I really did like the house on the property that had all the rooms, the awesome yard and barn with pool table space upstairs.

Things get expensive maybe..
I wouldn't be surprised if this place went bankrupt because most things that can be sold have gone, with the exception of the things in the trailer that is. Those cylinders look like small agricultural machinery though. What's left must have personal value to somebody but they probably weren't allowed to take them under the circumstances.
First I was thinking that covid could have finished the place off - because in general it doesn't look like it had been abandoned a long time - but maybe two years or so still isn't enough. The stables however can't have just vanished, maybe they were sold and removed.
That "Thanks for being a fan" picture of Amber Marshall didn't come as a surprise did it, her having acted in a horse-themed TV series once.

In situations like this were a developer bought the property and the owners happily took what they loved and wanted and a big sum of money and left. And it's now been many years of sitting there. Then no I do not. But situations where everything is left and the people vanished, yes I do.
