And I would even say that it improves it, by giving it a deeper dimension, a slightly more worrying atmosphere, and a more fatalistic sadness. For me, this theme perfectly reflects the tragedy of the events of Raccoon City, and your mastery of the theme reinforces that feeling that despite death and destruction, we are still human beings and ... still alive. Thank you for this masterpiece, really.

@@geekzer713 All the updated versions on are Bandcamp now. Only 2 and 3 have the most noticeable changes. All others have been remixed for the better. When the time comes I'll update those channel with the updated versions. Currently producing another 4 or 5 remixes for album number 2. Just finished my first playthrough of RE2 Remake and thoroughly enjoyed it. It will keep me occupied for a long while. Unfortunately it seemed that Ada's theme has been omitted from the remake. However, I have the deluxe version and you can switch soundtracks at any time for nostalgia.

@@SeaElegy I got the game and since then I beat both Lean A,B and Claire A,B all on standard next is hardcore mode for unlocking infinity Minigun and Rocket Launcher....Now I know what do you mean there is no ada theme at all in the game no matter if you have original or remake soundracks and when I realized this I was kinda disappointed but it is what it is it's still very nice remake...Can you do ambient cover/remix of The Marshalling Yard from RE2? if is possible of course
Might be very late to the party but this guy is Wholesome, Allowing everyone to use the remix without any cost and just wanting credit..... I wish more people were like you... You did an exceptional Job on the remix ... keep up the Good work.. would be waiting for some more remixes.
Music is very important to me in almost every aspects and RE2(2019) failed to take part in that but also failed as a remake in general. You however, hold that importance truly with how beautiful this sounds. It has every bit of potential to be the official theme for Ada if it were to be in a true remake of RE2 that I would love dearly. Very well done.
I wouldn't consider the most successful RE game in general out of the entire franchise to be a "failure". Yes it failed on the music aspect but the game was amazing to me anyways, and that's why the option to use the old soundtrack was there thankfully.

Also the original soundtrack swap doesn't even have all the songs, and the S.T.A.R.S office plays Leon and Claire's theme instead of 'Nothing more to do here'
@@Fluoride.detector a lot of people ordered the deluxe edition which includes that already, and you get the extra costumes as well, and some handgun models that Chris, Jill and Wesker used in the older RE's to use in the game. it was just $10 dollars extra to get all of that. not a bad deal in my opinion.

These old themes takes me back to go old days of ps1. They could've made this new ada theme for the remakes but sadly no.
The remakes were kinda empty in the music department. The save room theme played once and then never again.
