Hi can you talk about the people is using bots is true false ? Here in Salinas is like 20 colombianos using fake accounts and I think they use bots
Something like this. Few times I was standing during an hours as much closer to restaurant as possible. I didn't have any order, but Colombians have, some of them came back again and again to take an order. I tried everything, restart app, phone, delete app and instal again, I have stoped working or deleted most of the programs on my phone to make free memory. And it doesn't works. They do something special, maybe that is bots or maybe special account. Or it's a politics of DD according to Colombians.
are they constantly talking on the phone too?

My number one pet peeve for customers is leaving an unleashed dog outside when they order delivery. Doesn't matter if you think they're friendly, animals are unpredictable and it's a really messy situation when a dog bites a dasher.

Biggest pet peeve... you drive a burger and fries 10 miles with no tip and there's either some kid who swiped their parents phone or some broke teenager living in his Momma's basement who could care less about tipping you or any extra effort you went through. Parents teach your kids not to order without permission and tell your teenager about adults trying to make a living not make sure they have their munchies satisfied.. that's your job Mom and Dad.

Hey, question. How are you keeping your e-bike charged and able to continue dashing all throughout the day when charging times for these things are hours? Please drop some gems. I’ve been using my car but I want to switch to biking for the city areas and I just don’t see how I’m going to be able to if battery runs off of range after 40 miles.
Multiple batteries and swap out or upgrade to longer range battery

is there any ebike you would recommend other than a surron? cops locked down on them in my area
not yet honestly. if you know rons you know the regular bikes dont compare... but i've dashed on rad bikes and they're fine. mph in my experience hasn't mattered a ton, range has been the most important. 25mph and good range and i can make it work. anything faster just means more fun

If you have a dog and that dog is loose outside the house and is mean.. make sure you as a customer remember to bring that dog back inside the house so the dog doesn't attack the dasher 🤣 .. Welcome back BDA!

10:30 In California it’s always prop22 + tips EACH week. The base pay is only 60-70% of the prop 22 amount so it never tops up. How can DD reduce it when it’s all about time, mileage and tips
What about when the restaurant is out of something? Does the driver have to contact the customer about the replacement or the restaurant should?
At Noodles and Company, the cook waited until i got there to have me tell the customer that the entree wasn't available anymore. I told him he has the customer info and he should have communicated that 20 minutes ago to the customer instead of waiting on me to. The cook got angry and called DD to tattletale on me. DD didn't deactivate me (of course).
I don't feel i should have to ask the customer what else they want especially since they rarely communicate back in a timely manner. The restaurant should refund or work it out

My highest pay I’ve reached is 30$ a hour in Vancouver. 25$ an hour is what Im Averaging most days tho.

Not thru the vid yet but yea don't ask dashers to do crazy stuff for you at a restaurant we dont get paid enough for that. I had a customer call me instantly when i accepted an order the other day to request I ask mcdonalds for "4 cups of big mac sauce" (which they of course have not paid for). Instantly unassigned the order and moved on with my day.

Leave clear dropoff instructions, gate code, where the unit is located in the complex. And tip extra if it's a long way from the street or distance from restaurant.always tip a shop and deliver order.
