Been doing this since all these companies first launched. I've done it on a 300,500 750cc, SURRON E DIRT BIKE, and now a GP supersport Motorcycle. It's just fun and I get paid more than my local sheriff.
Daddy Dash living life recklessly with that pizza delivery! 🔥 🔥🔥When I didn't have a car for a certain very long period of my life, I managed to get the most ridiculous things home on my bike from sheer determination and clever ingenuity. I have 3 catering bags of various sizes that I bought that I love, and a smaller sized cooler in my car setup. I still need to upgrade it a bit and get some drink inserts like you have or make my own out of corrugated plastic like I've seen another person do. The foam ones though seem like they would double as a nice solid base for my bags which don't have a stable bottom.
In my experience bags with zippers will eventually break (the zipper). So I invested in a Chrome Barrage Pro, which is a pro messenger bag. It is waterproof and keeps food cold, hot, and dry (when it rains). The Chrome also has two nice size cup holders. The Ubereats bag I brought when I first began delivering food lasted for two months. The Chrome bag is expensive ($350), but I don't think I will ever have to buy another bag for food delivery again. I enjoy your videos and appreciate the great tips. Thanks!
@@BestDasherAlive I guess it depends on the bag. I'm not taking anymore chances. I see a lot of food couriers in my market with bags with zippers they can't close.
Bikes aren't a as easy a option where I'm at for few reasons, but that bag still looks excellent in general, for like apartment and high rise deliveries way easier to just bring food in with setup like that. Thanks for the review and setup to make it 10/10, highly considering it.
i don't think you should use clear tape cause germophobic customers might freak out from the finger prints. "Transparent post-it flags" (or whatever cheaper alternative on amazon) seem like a better option since they are precut and have a non sticky edge that can be better for applying it on and taking it off. If you get them make sure to get the transparent ones since the opaque ones are made out of paper instead of plastic.
Hey best door dasher alive, I’ve got a question about how to verify the order is correct when the app prompts us to do so, especially for special order requests/customizations that we can’t see inside a sealed bag. How are we supposed to verify what can’t be checked inside a sealed bag? Just trust the restaurant made the order correctly and followed customer requests?
I just ignore all that. Orders are supposed to be sealed. I’m not a raccoon I don’t need to rummage through their order. I just pick up the package and drop it off 🥷🦝
You should customize your version on a door dash carry bag and sell it to door dash I could use something like this to keep orders from moving to much when restaurants over pack
So I’ve just recently started with Uber eats and also been looking into DoorDash lately. My first day I did it on my motorcycle with a regular backpack and realized that wasn’t going to work (mostly because of drinks) so I’ve been doing it in my car now but parking is too bad around my place after around 3pm. I’ve been looking for videos like this and the bag seems to be the way to go for my problem. However, I did 3 deliveries my first time on my bike on my iPhone 14 pro and the battery went from 100% to 20%. Is this just an Uber problem or how do you do this without your phone plugged in? I would much rather deliver on my bike and buy a bag but I don’t have a solution for the phone battery issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Did you have to cut down the foam inserts? I bought them with your link but they don’t fit the same. Wondering if they got bigger or the bag got smaller or…
Haven't seen you post lately. I commented on your videos before not sure if you remember me but I'm in the S. Orange County zone and since like 2-3 weeks ago I'm struggling to make good money. I'm in all the programs large order, pizza, top dasher, etc. I noticed that your zone has been light pink and grey a lot like mine. Are you having the same problem?
Why would you ever be ok with delivering on your back? You're a camel? Horse? Ox? You're driving a horse around, why wouldn't you make the horse carry the weight? Bike racks are awesome. I haven't looked for one for the Surron but I am looking for a video about best trunks to put on my ebike rack.
I appreciate your sense of humor and keeping things light! The delivery community can feel so negative and disheartening at times- thanks daddy dash!

The loop on the back of the bag is for storage, to hang it on a coat rack/hook.
Makes it even more lame

Use plugs. If you use tape, remove before drop off
Thank you!! Great video, very informative!!😊
You’re welcome glad it was helpful

I figure it’s on the restaurant then, I pick up and deliver. Good to know, appreciate the confirmation!
Yea, on the restaurant 👍
Have you ever experienced the food being scrambled up or tossed around in the containers from bumps and being on an angle?
Bike has good suspension and I brace myself on top of that for additional bump absorption 🥷🏼 so not really… especially if restaurant packages decent
The loop is for hanging. That’s why it’s on the top backside
Still lame
Agree

They sell power banks for like $10 charge a few up then you can plug in your phone and let the power bank charge it back up
are you not making content anymore?

Hi wanted to know where you bought your bike?
Local dealer
Do they give you different orders if you switch between your car and bike on the app?
Yea
How long can you work 1 shift? Do you worry about range after about an hour and a half?
Multiple batteries or buy upgraded long range battery
@BestDasherAlive ah good idea idk if I would do it enough to make it worth getting a second battery
You can buy used batteries quite a bit cheaper just a thought
If you get a pizza order you don’t do it?
Talked all about pizzas in the vid

More stable on back 🐫
Have you ever experienced the food being scrambled up or tossed around in the containers from bumps and being on an angle?
how does your bike not get stolen when you lock it up? im considering a motorcycle cause i feel this ebike is too easily stealable
Has a key. Can add alarm. Keep in eyesight. Lock it up. Or just fold it up and put in pocket
@@BestDasherAliveunderstood everything till you said, fold it up and put in pocket 😅 what am I folding and putting in pocket?
Also what do you think is better ? E-bike or motorcycle for the most money?
If you can cover the distance you need to with an ebike then ebike
@@BestDasherAlive I’m in New Jersey so maybe not. Gonna have to test the waters with a normal bike to see the typical distances for orders.
